HIMALAYA has undergone a complete and luxurious renovation. A large, brand new 5th bedroom with gorgeous ensuite has been added. The house now has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which includes 2 ensuites, new separate downstairs bathroom, and one only shared bathroom. A massive new wrap-around outdoor deck and vast floor-to-ceiling picture window in the living room captures the sublime mountain and heavenly valley views that extend from the upper cascades of Wentworth Falls almost as far as Mt Gibraltar in Bowral.

The entire house has been re-painted inside and out, and enhanced with fabulous blackbutt timber floors, stylish contemporary lighting and spectacular all new kitchen, complete with Miele appliances, soft close cupboards, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, Regular and herbal teas, microwave, sandwich press, stainless steel Fisher and Paykel refrigerator, top quality crockery and other kitchen utensils, and Caesar-stone bench tops.

HIMALAYA has a 70 year old, glorious garden teeming with azaleas, camellias, rhododendrons, wisteria, daphne, daffodils, lilac, hyacinths, and tulips, and other mature alpine plants and trees. You will see King parrots, kookaburras, cockatoos and may even spy a couple of lyre birds. In winter Leura is a picture postcard fantasy complete with snowfalls. Xmas in July is great fun, and in Springtime the garden is a sea of pink and white blooms. A Weber BBQ and outdoor setting awaits you under the cherry blossom and maple trees, a delightful place for a pre-dinner drink, lunch or evening meal.
