Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Our stay at Stratford Cottage was superb. I would recommend this property to anyone considering it. The fit-out is rustic however marvellously comfortable and Mt Victoria is one of my favourite towns in the mountain, a good launch point for many walks less traffic'd than your average Katoomba trail. The fire was cosy and the kitchen well kitted out and we appreciated the handmade notes Pauline left us, they came in handy. Overall we had a great stay and cannot say anything wrong about the cottage. We will be back. ps the garden surrounding the house was very nice in Oct! Chris & Shelby.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than the pictures All aspects of the property were off a very high standard. Please and interesting decor, comfortable beds, good heating (we didn't use the wood fire, but aircon is excellent). Everything worked, and the preparation was excellent, with beds ready made with quality bedding. I particularly liked the sun room in the morning with the sun steaming in and a bit of a view visible. I can highly recommend and would stay again. If I had to make any suggestions for improvement, it would be WiFi (mobile coverage is good though), and maybe reduce the number of laminated signs, which tend to detract from the ambience even though they are helpful. Definitely minor niggles in the scheme of things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quaint Heritage Cottage We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, well equipped cottage. Very comfortable beds, warm house with both a log fire and central heating, sunny garden with lovely spring flowers, deep claw bath with endless hot water and many other comforts making this a great place for three sisters to enjoy a long weekend in the Blue Mountains.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cottage, perfectly kept and maintaines Cottage is perfectly kept and is an ideal break away from the city. The house was rustic with high ceilings, timber flooring and retained all the old features while at the same time being practical and exceptionally clean. The kitchen has been updated and is great for cooking in. The fire was a great add to our weekend away. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sunny cosy cottage A lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed . When we arrived the cottage was so warm we thought the heating was on but it was from the sun streaming through the windows. The ducted heating was a bonus when the sun set . We could of made a fire because there was a lot of fire wood (at no extra charge). Beds were big, comfy and warm. We watched the sunrise over the trees from the sunroom which was amazing. The local walks are wonderful and so nice to have the bush so close. We only found the information booklet just before we left which was a pity as it has a lot of information about the local walks. All the instructions are good and it was fun finding the pantry! The garden is lovely and secure for pets( we did not take our dog but will in the future). The local pub is currently closed but it would have been convenient. We went to Blackhealth for dinner. We could hear the traffic on the GreatWestern Highway but all the other things made up for this. The hosts were very obliging with us changing the number of guests .
