Aloha Avoca - family getaway close to the beach

This four bedroom and two bathroom house has got everything for a memorable family getaway and is conveniently located with only a quick drive / walk to the beach and the shops.

Downstairs consist of a well- equipped kitchen/dining area leading onto a large under cover deck with BBQ - perfect for entertaining while the kids can enjoy the backyard with fantastic play areas incl. flying fox. Please note the use of the play areas is at own risk.

There also is a rumpus room with TV and a bathroom.

Upstairs has the living area with TV, second bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet as well as four bedrooms with the following bedding configuration:

BR 1 – Queen Bed and large walk-in wardrobe

BR 2 – Queen Bed

BR 3 – Bunk Bed with two King Singles

BR 4 – Single Bed with trundle

You can also access the backyard with great outdoor hot water shower, the outside laundry and the side gate with quick access to the beach from upstairs. From the gate it is under 300m/only 3 minutes to the beach albeit very steep.
