TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Property is available from 2pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 9 am on the date of departure unless otherwise agreed. 2. Dates will be reserved on payment of a deposit of 25 with the balance payable one month prior to the rental commencing. Bond payable within 14 days of rental commencing. 3. Schoolies, Hen or Buck’s Party Bookings are not accepted. Parties and large get togethers ARE NOT permitted without special approval by the owner. 4. Pets are NOT permitted. 5. This is a No Smoking Property. 6. The tenant is liable for any breakages and damage to the property. Those costs may be deducted from the bond. 7. The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to any of the guest’s property left on premises. 8. Lost garage keys attract a fee of $150.
