The property consists of the following air-conditioned facilities:
Master Bedroom with King Size French Provincial Bed and Ensuite double shower
Upstairs Attic Bedroom - Queen Size Bed with balcony overlooking the garden
Third Bedroom - furnished with a Double canopied Antique Brass Bed
Fourth Bedroom - furnished with a Queen sized Sofa Bed and French doors leading to the Sun Deck and pool.
Total of Three Bathrooms including the master ensuite One with old style claw footed bath, shower, vanity and toilet, the other with a large shower, toilet and vanity.
There are full Laundry facilities including large automatic washing machine and dryer.
Large country style timber kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, wall oven and cook top, combustion fire, antique dresser with antique china and informal dining area which seats 8-10 people.
Lounge area with open fire place, television, dvd, blueray and music facilities.
Formal Dining room furnished with antique furniture, bookshelves stocked with many books, and a table that seats 8 people, plus the Formal Lounge room with open fire place, is part of this one large room complete with grand piano. Just ideal for the adults to sit and contemplate, read or sip champagne around the piano.

Fernbank Farm is a unique property, which is available to weekends or longer holiday stays.
Terms and Conditions
Please note that rates are subject to change depending on the time of year.
A Bond of $1500 is required and this bond is refunded if the property is left in good condition, there are no missing items, breakages or damage. If excessive cleaning is required, or rubbish is not removed via the normal weekly collection, a $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond.
The home must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Parental supervision of children is required at all times and children must be the responsibility of the parents or guardian.
We do not allow smoking inside the heritage home.
If you are occupying the home, on a weekend, check-in time is 2pm Friday with 11am checkout on Sunday morning. Check-in time on other days is 2pm, with check-out being 11am.
To secure your booking a deposit of 50 is required and can be made by EFT, Mastercard or Visa Cards. We do not accept American Express The balance is payable when you check in by cash or accepted Cards. The bond can be placed on your card, and the transaction reversed/credited if the property is left in good condition.
Notice of Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled, we require 30 days notice. A full refund will be paid if 30 days notice is given. If less notice is given, another date will be booked to suit you for the same period of your original booking. All notice must be provided in writing. If cancellation is necessary with 7 days or less, this will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Your payment options include a direct deposit via EFT to our bank account. Visa/Mastercards Cards are accepted along with cash payments.
Sundeck complimenting the swimming pool area, complete with swing style hammock, some fitness equipment and outdoor table that will seat 10-12 people.
Additionally, there is a hard-court tennis court and pavilion that has a heated spa that will seat 8 people. Adjacent to the pavilion is a sandstone fire place which is great to just sit around or cook a meal in the camp oven. There are two large outdoor tables in this area that will seat around 20 people. A marble topped bar also lives in the pavilion which is great for buffets, bar use or to lean on and watch the tennis at play.
Horse facilities are also available should you wish to bring your horse for an outing and go for a ride on the forest trail to the rear of the property, or just ride the carriage way that swirls it’s way around the fields of Fernbank.
The barn has two large stables, and feed can be supplied if desired.
There are safe paddocks for grazing which are watered by troughs or dams.
Additionally, Fernbank has a quaint billiard room and darts area in the barn, and there is a conversation pit on the hill. A small fire can be lit in this area to toast marshmellows or burn a sausage
The gardens have many places to sit, the kids can enjoy Fernbank Fort on the hill, and there are fish in the dam if fishing is a pursuit you enjoy.they must be thrown back in
Central Coast Carriages are located at Fernbank Farm, and carriages can be hired for a ride through the Valley, or to take you out for a special picnic in the paddock. appointments must be booked

A second home is located on the property and occupied by the Manager for security and your convenience.
If required, formal dinners can be catered for on request, and by special arrangement.
In the garden there is a beautiful sandstone viewing platform complete with Caesar stone topped table that will seat approximately 10 people.
A large chandelier lights the formal Rotunda overlooking the dam, and if required, tables can be provided for lunches or dinners in this gorgeous outdoor building.
Please note that due to the property’s style and fit out, it is more suited to adult/couples accommodation, but children are welcome under strict supervision. We have three dams which are accessible from most areas, and children must be accompanied at all times.
