This is a quintessential Australian rambling beach house that is perched above the centre of Copacabana Beach, with uninterrupted views from Copacabana Point to Macmaster's Beach, and includes Copa Lagoon. You can watch the sun rise over Copa Point and the sun set over MacMasters Hinterland and even enjoy the shimmering moon over the pacific ocean.
Sit on the deck, or relax in the spa and watch your teenage kids surfing and enjoying the beach, whilst enjoying a quiet drink. The kids can play in the pool's refreshing mineral water, not salt or chlorine after a morning in the surf, where there is a covered area that protects you from the sun, with a family Weber BBQ and 10 seat solid oregon table.
The house is ideal for extended families. There is a large kitchen, with 2 Asko pro series combination ovens, one steam and convection, the other microwave and convection. There is a siemen's 5 hob induction cooktop, miele dishwasher and a 719L fridge.
There are 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom with King bed overlooks the pool, has views towards copa point and from the other side of the room looks towards Mac's. It has views from it's own deck over the back of Copa Lagoon, has an ensuite and a northerly aspect.
The other 3 bedrooms are at the other end of the house, with either morning or afternoon sun, views over Copa and Mac's beach and share a separate toilet and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom two Single beds and 4th bedroom Double bunks.
The house is over three distinct levels, with the middle level being the games room, kitchen and living areas that communicate with the pool,spa and outdoor entertaining areas one covered, and also have the main bathroom. The dining room has a solid Jarrah slab dining table that seats 10.
The property also offers X-Box and Play station 3 consoles, DVD's, board games and books to keep the family amused as well as FREE WiFi for those that need to keep connected.
The private house and pool provide a sanctuary where you may unwind and enjoy the family. It is close enough to easily stroll to the local village and enjoy the cafes. In fact you may easily leave the car locked for your stay and walk to the beach, lagoon and village.

Copacabana is about one hour drive north from Sydney with all the shops you need, such as mini market also has surf boards for hire, chemist, ice cream shop, bottle shop, news agency with post office, hair salon and try the wood fired pizzas from the new owners at "Sirocco".
Enjoy the short five minute walk to the surf of Copacabana Beach and Cochrane Lagoon, or the easy walk to the adjoining Macmasters Beach.
Copacabana Beach is patrolled from September through April school holidays with great surfing, fishing & snorkelling as well as a rock pool for children.
Get fit walking the hill to Copacabana lookout and read extracts from Captain Cook's logbook on his travels in the area. Watch the whales pass in whale "season" - June/July.
Need a nature fix? The area is surrounded by National Parks - stroll through trails to local beaches, view the ocean from high rock ledges.
By car, there is also lots to see along the coastline, for example, south to Kincumber, or have a coffee and see the Arboretum at Pearl Beach, or just visit some of the many tucked away bays.
The hourly ferry service from Ettalong or Wagstaff is bliss for when you need to get out of the sun. Brisbane Waters can also be explored by small ferries. It’s fun to catch the ferry to Palm Beach from Wagstaff and do a "gal's" spot of shopping.
For the golfers who experience withdrawal symptoms - Gosford and Woy Woy courses will solve the problem and the driving range at Kincumber will give you a quick fix.
Gosford Regional Gallery at West Gosford has great Japanese Gardens, a coffee shop and of course, a gallery and gift shop. Gallery 460 near Kincumber has a gallery and huge sculpture park definitely worth a visit.
The coffee shop at the Surf Club - Bar Copa serves excellent light meals, and there are many more only five to ten minutes drive at Avoca and Terrigal. Fisherman's Wharf at Woy Woy is good for seafood and pelican feeding times are worth watching.
You can catch a movie at Kincumber, Avoca and Erina Fair, with the restored Avoca Theatre an attraction by itself.
Finally, the Central Coast offers National Parks for walking, Brisbane Waters for boating, the Australian Reptile Park at Somersby, and the Wildlife Park at Calga.
