Sandalls by the Beach welcomes you and your family to stay and relax in a large, sunny, family home on a completely flat block, with flat grassed back garden for children to play or adults relax. Family trained pets are excepted with discussion with the owner.

Bedroom 4 & 5 - Both with one single bed and full sized trundle towards back of house.
Each bed provides pillows, mattress protectors, blankets and covered doonas. Linen and towels are not provided.
The large family bathroom contains a large corner bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.
The master bedroom ensuite contains a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The laundry room is available with front loader washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The main lounge has large corner lounge with Foxtel IQ and stereo, with 2 reclining lounges and shelves full of books leading off to the side for you to relax and read.
The kitchen has large bench top with stools, gas wok burner cook top, Meile electric oven, dishwasher, family size microwave and large side by side stainless fridge freezer.
Included are coffee machine, many cooking utensils and electric appliances for the avid cook.
The spacious dining room has a family dining setting which leads to the second lounge with sofas, chairs, LED TV, Foxtel and DVD player. Also included are DVDs, Wii, stereo and board games to wile away the hours
The main lounge, reading area, dining and second lounge all surround a leafy, plant filled entertaining court yard, with family BBQ, large dinning setting and lounge area.
The courtyard or entertaining area has an outdoor setting for 8 with an additional setting for 4 in back garden. There is also lounge seating for 4+. This court yard leads to a spacious fenced, grassed, back garden suitable for children to safely play, with a small paved area with table and chairs for adults to relax with a drink.
All rooms are wheel chair accessible with just one small step to front and back door.
This home is situated within an easy 200m flat walk to the beach and local amentities and on a quiet local street. The front driveway can easily accommodate up to 4 cars, with additional on street parking.
Locally there is a sandy surf club patrolled beach with cafe and grassed area. On the beach front are a local grocers, newsagent, restaurants and cafes, with a children's play and skate park within view of the cafes.
Local tourist attractions includes;
Avoca Beach is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk, with further tourist attractions, such as the unique Avoca Beach Cinema, Beachside Markets and paddle boats for hire.
Terrigal Beach with further restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and patrolled beach is also a short 10 minute drive away.
Other local attractions include;- Erina Fair Shopping Mall, Somersby Falls, Australian Reptile Park and Hunter Valley Wineries.

Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining a noise abatement order from the local court against the offender. Heavy fines apply.
