The CopaView Beach House is in a fabulous position with magnificent views only 2 mins walk to beautiful Copacabana & MacMasters beach and the village shops, cafes and parks.
It is currently undergoing a major transformation with a new 3rd storey capturing amazing 180 degree views from headland to headland across beach and ocean and the house itself has been almost completely rebuilt but still retains loads of beach-side charm and character. What was a traditional Aussie beach-side cottage is now a luxurious 3-storey retreat with a coastal Hamptons feel and all the comforts one would want including heated flooring ground level and bathrooms, air conditioning top floor, gourmet kitchen, large gas fireplace, French oak floors and quality furnishings and fittings throughout.
Now with 3 indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, 4 spacious bedrooms and 4+ bathrooms the new CopaView is the perfect place for a group of friends, 2-3 families or as a elaxing retreat as there is plenty of room and something to keep everyone entertained.
Each living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV and the Rumpus room also has a ping pong table, Wii and Xbox plus selection of games. The property is fitted with a Sonos sound system and new high tech security system with keyless entry. Enjoy a 2-minute walk to the patrolled northern end of Copa beach for a surf or dip in the ocean, play a game of cards with your friends and snuggle up in front of the large sandstone gas fireplace with your favourite book or movie.
The new caesar stone kitchen with large island, double oven, huge s/s fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking utensils is an entertainers delight and your hardest decision will be whether to dine by the fire, on the balcony overlooking the ocean or head out to the back deck for a BBQ under the stars. Each area seats up to 12 people.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms and each bedroom accommodates 2-4 people in either King, Single or bunk beds so that single people do not have to share a bed. Ceiling fans are fitted in each bedroom and living areas.
Ground Floor -
Bed 1 - King or 2 singles and a set of bunks sleeping up to 4 people with its own ensuite
Mid Floor -
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet
Bed 2 and Bed 4 have a King bed or/ 2 Singles each room sleeps up to 4 people
Bed 3 - King bed or 2 Singles and a set of bunks room sleeps up to 4 people
The top floor consists of a large Living room, Kitchenette, Bar and 4th Bathroom.
A high chair and porta-cot can be provided at no charge if needed and a linen package sheets, pillows and towels can be supplied enquire for cost.
Completely renovated inside and out in a Coastal Hamptons style, the house has retained a relaxing sea-side ambience with loads of charm and character. There is also a board storage room and outdoor hot and cold shower perfect for washing off the sand when you return from the beach.
If you are after more pampering we can arrange our yogi or beauty therapist to come to the house and treat you to a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure. Don't hesitate to contact us for any special requests.
The CopaView Beach House is the perfect venue for small corporate functions and retreats, but is not a 'party house' so not suitable for bucks or hens parties or the like.

Copacabana is a destination in itself, close to other popular spots such as Avoca and Terrigal but without the crowds. Copacabana has a relaxed seaside atmosphere and is surrounded by beach, lagoon and national parks and is only 60-90 mins drive from Sydney.
Copa is famous for its east point break so If you are a keen surfer you won't be disappointed. There is also plenty of choice - Copa and MacMasters are right at your feet but it's only a 5 min drive to Avoca and 15 mins on to Terrigal for more surf plus cafes, shops, boutiques and restaurants. The Copa lagoon and rock pool are great for families with young children or for snorkelling and/or paddle boards.
However, all you need for a relaxed sea-side escape is at your doorstep - there is no need to drive anywhere.
Copacabana is a sleepy seaside village with gorgeous unspoilt beach. It is a perfect getaway destination for families and/or those who just want a relaxing holiday
Copa is located between Avoca Beach and MacMasters Beach, surrounded by Bouddi National Park, about 15 minutes drive from Terrigal and 60-90 minutes drive from Sydney, and offers all the action or relaxation without the noisy crowds.
For the kids, there are playgrounds, parks, small skate park, beach, rock pool, lagoon, fishing, surfing, swimming, bush walking and much more. The town also boasts cafe's, Surf club kiosk, a general store, news agency, bottle shop, take-away, hair salon and chemist.
If you are a surfer you won't be disappointed - Copacabana is patrolled all Summer and has one of the best point breaks on the East Coast. MacMasters a short walk down the beach offers more great surfing, swimming and coffee opportunities. Copa is close to all amenities - ocean boat ramp, Crown Plaza Resort Terrigal, surf beaches, restaurants, golf courses at Gosford and Woy Woy and driving range only 10 mins away at Kincumber where there are also more shops, a cinema supermarket and Hotel/pub. Only 5 minutes drive to Avoca Beach with old time cinema and paddle boats on the river and a 20 minute drive brings you to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza with ice skating rink, cinema complex etc and access to Brisbane Water for more water sports..
Surrounded by national parks & inland waterways there is plenty to do - swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, prawning, boating and bush-walking. Get fit walking the hill to Captain Cook's Lookout
and read extracts from his logbook on his travels in the area with views all the way back to Sydney. You'll find a Whale watching platform although you may also spot whales during the migratory season and pods of dolphins right though the year from one of our front balconies.
By car, you can explore lots of little bays along the coastline, enjoy a coffee at the Arboretum at Pearl Beach, or lunch at Belles, or take a ferry from Ettalong or Wagstaff across to Palm Beach and enjoy a girls shopping expedition ferry runs hourly.
For the golfers there are courses at Gosford and Woy Woy as well as a driving range at Kincumber. Fisherman's Wharf at Woy Woy is good for seafood and pelican feeding times are worth watching.
For art lovers you can visit the Gosford Regional Gallery at West Gosford with its lovely Japanese Gardens, coffee shop and gift shop. Gallery 460 near Kincumber also has a gallery and huge sculpture park definitely worth a visit.
In Copa, there is a quaint italian restaurant specialising in delicious authentic Southern Italian cuisine, several other cafes and take away shops including one at the Surf Club with views over the beach and ocean, a general store, hairdresser, bottle shop, pharmacy and newsagency and there are many more cafes and restaurants only five to ten minutes drive at Avoca and Terrigal.
Other activities on the Central Coast to keep the kids amused include the Australian Reptile Park at Somersby and WiIdlife Park at Calga.
