Laguna Beach House Waterfront is located in the heart of Copacabana in a private tranquil location, but close to everything. Unlike a lot of properties in Copacabana there are no hills or steep driveways to climb, and no roads to cross. Located on the lagoon side of Copacabana there is no need to get in the car; the local shops, cafes and restaurants are a maximum 5-minute level walk away. The flat walk to Cockrane Lagoon and the surf of Copacabana Beach or the adjoining beach of MacMaster's are accessed directly from the back door.
Beautifully appointed throughout Laguna Beach House Waterfront is extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. The house boasts:
3 SPACIOUS BEDROOMS - Bedroom 1 upstairs has a queen size bed, wall mounted plasma TV, private balcony, ensuite bathroom with spa and separate toilet. Bedroom 2 downstairs has a queen size bed, wall mounted plasma TV, ensuite bathroom and views over Cockrane Lagoon. Bedroom 3 downstairs has 2 deluxe bunk beds each with double mattresses at the bottom and a single on top, ensuite bathroom with internal laundry.
3 BATHROOMS - 3 modern ensuite bathrooms, each with shower and toilet and one with spa bath.
2 KITCHENS - 2 fully equipped kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs both with granite bench tops, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cook top, stainless steel oven, pots, pans cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
LIVING/DINING AREAS - 2 separate lounge areas, one upstairs and one downstairs both with large plasma television, DVD player and comfortable leather lounges. Large dining area downstairs, easily seating 8. Upstairs kitchen area dining.

LINEN - you will need to bring your own bed linen, bath towels and beach towels. If you prefer, you can hire bed linen, bath and beach towels through a local business. Please advise if you require linen when making your booking and we will give you the details of the linen hiring business so you can arrange with them to hire linen for your stay and have your order delivered and picked up.
BABY - please let us know if you need baby items e.g. cot, high chair and we will give you the details of a local baby items hiring business so you can arrange with them to hire baby items for your stay and have your order delivered and picked up.
PETS - pets are welcome but, as per the house rules, are NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME. We are acutely allergic to pet hair. The top end of the Cockrane Lagoon between Copacabana and MacMasters beaches is a dog friendly, leash-free area. Laguna has a front and back verandah where pets can sleep so please bring suitable pet bedding with you so your pets can also enjoy their stay. The back verandah is fully enclosed and the front yard is large and also fully enclosed so your pets can roam free.
RESTRICTIONS - Laguna Beach House Waterfront is a holiday home for family groups and friends getting together. STRICTLY NO GROUPS UNDER 25 years, NO BUCKS/BOYS/HENS WEEKENDS, NO SCHOOLIES or parties/function of any kind.
CLEANING/BOND - a cleaning fee of $175 and a bond of $1,000 is applicable to all bookings. The bond is refundable provided no damage is done to the property.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain terms and conditions be complied with. Guests are expected to be clean, tidy and respectful. We appreciate most guests will respect our property, however, we thought it appropriate to highlight the following terms and conditions. Booking this property means that guests have read and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Variations to these terms and conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing. Thank you.
1 Descritpion - the description of the property and its inclusions are understood and acknowledged by guests. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
2 Check-in/Check-out – guest check-in is from 2pm, but before 8pm. Check-out time is 10am to allow adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests. The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
3 Guest Number - the number of guests should not exceed the number stated at the time of booking or subsequently agreed in writing. No additional overnight guests are permitted. Use contrary to this may result termination of the booking and loss of bond and/or additional payments.
4 Parties/Functions - parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Use contrary to this may result termination of the booking and loss of bond and/or additional payments.
5 Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – we have requested a bond to cover things such as loss of keys, any cleaning beyond what would be considered reasonable, or any damage, breakages, theft or loss. The security deposit is held by airBnB and cancelled on departure provided the property and keys are returned in the same condition as received on arrival. All damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay. Please inform us of any of these incidents by sending us a message during your stay.
6 Noise/Disturbance – disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of the booking and loss of bond. We require guests to respect our permanent neighbours around the property.
7 Pets/Smoking - Smoking is not allowed on the property under any circumstances. Pets are welcome but, as per the house rules, are NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME. We are acutely allergic to pet hair.
8 Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.
9 Safety - the owners take no responsibility for any injury to guests. Guests agree they are solely responsible for the safety of all people within the property at all times.
