The designer kitchen being the centre of the home is where all can come together, and the practical floor plan means that when you are ready to have some peace and quiet, guests can retreat to one of the many living areas or reading nooks, or off to their own private sleeping quarters. The sleeping arrangements includes a master suite with king size bed overlooking the sparkling inground pool in the northern wing of the property. Below this is a room for the kids that includes two single beds and a shared bathroom complete with freestanding bath. A second master suite is located on entry of the property and includes a queen size bed with private ensuite. The fourth bedroom is a loft style with queen bed where you can wake up overlooking the eastern valley. Downstairs you will find the fifth bedroom which includes a queen bed and an enormous loungeroom with double pull out sofa bed.
Surrounding the homestead you will find hidden paths, many leading to Japanese Koi filled garden ponds, courtyards, open paddocks and fruitful orchard. There is also a sparkling inground swimming pool, BBQ and covered entertaining area.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A bond security deposit will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and a bond pre-authorisation form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 higher for more prestigious properties.
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
Check-in times are from 2pm to 5pm and conducted at our Raine & Horne Offices Terrgial/Avoca. Arrival after this time up till 10pm will incur a late check-in fee of $50. Check-in after 10pm is not available.
