a spacious deck affording the very best in alfresco entertainment with ocean views.

A gas BBQ with table and umbrella makes this an ideal setting for summertime relaxation.

The lower level offers an additional two bedrooms and bathroom. An expansive rumpus area opens onto another generous sized private deck with tropical surrounds, making for a shady retreat in the summer heat.

Off street parking for 2 cars. Airconditioning for the summer and a fireplace for the winter makes this beach house a comfortable place for all seasons. While Foxtel and NBN Wi-Fi should provide for adequate entertainment and connectivity.

An intergrated sound system means you can listen to your music wherever you are in the house.

All this within a 5 minute walk to the beach at Killcare or the Cafes and speciality shops at Hardy's Bay.
