Located on the northern side of the house a second deck area with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ, provides the ideal retreat from the prevailing southerly afternoon sea breeze. The kitchen bay window which faces this deck opens wide to provide ready serving access. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is also sure to make the most discerning foodie feel at home.
The 1200m² property is set in native dune flora that provides good privacy from the street, with plenty of free open space to move about.
The house is offered to family oriented guests seeking a quiet escape who will respect the surrounding tranquility of this and neighbouring properties. Parties and schoolies gatherings are strictly excluded.
Mac’s Best offers four separate sleeping areas; master bedroom with ensuite queen bed walk in robe and tallboy, second bedroom with queen bed and built in robe, third bedroom with 6 single bunk beds with storage drawers, and studio with ensuite comfortable top of the range queen sofa bed plus single day bed storage cupboard and games table. This combination provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three families including six adults (3 x couples) with 7 children. The bunk beds are full single size and will also comfortably sleep and adult.
In addition to the two ensuites, the house also includes a main bathroom and separate toilet serving the living areas. The Laundry is equipped with a front loading combination washer dryer, sink and storage cupboard. An outdoor hot shower is located on the southern deck adjacent to the exterior doorway of the laundry.
The dining table seats 8 and can be configured for 10. The main lounge area incorporates a 5.1 Apple Air-play enabled home cinema surround sound system with HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, Foxtel, Nintendo Wii, and modular wrap around sofa that comfortably seats 8. The second lounge alcove incorporates a TV with DVD player and sofa that comfortably seats four.
The kitchen incorporates an electric induction cooktop with under cupboard extraction fan, electronic controlled stove, dishwasher, 520L fridge/freezer, microwave oven, double sink, toaster, sandwich press, kettle, coffee machine, bar mix food processor and a large selection of utensils, pots, pans, trays, platters, crockery and cutlery. The main kitchen bench has an eat-in bar that seats three.
The outdoor entertaining area has a large wooden table and benches that seat 10, and professional grade stainless steel BBQ with roasting hob. The area also has outdoor speakers that are driven from the lounge audio system. Two large 3m umbrellas are provided which can be moved to a number of in-deck fixing locations around the house.

Location, Attractions & Amenities
Located just 1.5 hours drive north from the Sydney CBD, MacMasters Beach is located in a tranquil enclave flanked by the picturesque Bouddi National Park, dense woodlands and Cockrone Lagoon. Known widely for it’s serene natural environment with restricted development, it is a truly unique location on the NSW central coast.
MacMasters Beach is the southern section of the Allagai Bay foreshore area, which is separated by Cockcrone Lagoon from the northern section Copacabana Beach. Two Surf Life Saving Clubs (SLSCs) patrol the greater beach area, MacMasters Beach SLSC at the southern most end and Copacabana SLSC at the northern end. The Cockrone Lagoon nature reserve with its abundance of birdlife and only 2 minutes stroll from the house, is safe for swimming, kayaking and is a great play location for young kids, or general alternative to the beach if the surf is too rough. Enclosed rock pools are also located at either end of the beach.
Bouddi National Park can be accessed by car or a 10 minute stroll, offering a wide range of picturesque marked bush and coastal walking trails. Migratory whale surfacing is common and can be readily viewed from the house deck or local headlands.
Local shops are available within a 10 minute stroll along the beach to Copacabana which include cafés, bakery, bottle shop, newsagent, chemist, minimart, video hire, and restaurant. Kincumber Village only 5 minutes drive, offers a wider variety of retail including COLES supermarket, Australia Post, bottle shops, pub, restaurants, fast food, deli, bakery, seafood, butcher, chemist, bank etc. The Erina Fair mega mall, 15 minutes drive, offers comprehensive retail chain shopping including a cineplex and ice skating rink.
