North Avoca is a quiet beach side community situated only a few minutes's drive from terrigal's restaurants and cafe's, and a lovely walk along the beach to the Avoca Beach Picture Theatre and restaurants.
We have a large organic vegetable garden that you may pick fresh produce from we will provide a map with information on what is ready to be picked at each time.
Our light-filled open plan and well-equipped kitchen, living and dining room with stereo sound system flows on to an expansive entertaining deck and overlooks a large backyard with a trampoline fully enclosed, springless and space for a little game of soccer. The four bedrooms are upstairs whilst downstairs is the living area which includes a dedicated play room stocked with many toys, board games and a Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player. Spacious bath in the main bathroom.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, ensuite, TV with Netflix and DVD/CD player, with a private timber deck looking on to bush.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and a timber deck with panoramic views looking out to North Avoca beach.
Bedroom three has a double bed with single bunk above and pull-out double bed mattress.
Bedroom four has a double bed with single bunk above and pull-out double bed mattress.
Off street parking for four cars.
North Avoca is a quiet community. We have great relationships with our neighbours who are very friendly. No pets and no parties hens, footy or bucks weekends. Unless exceptional circumstances we prefer to only let to families and people over 40 years of age.
Compulsory cleaning levy of $200 per stay.
Linen can be supplied for an additional fee. If you would like for it to be supplied, but beds not made it would be then up to you to make them the cost is $15 per bed per stay. If you would like the beds made then the cost is $30 per bed per stay. This to recoup the costs charged by our cleaners.
During January the house is available from Saturday 14th until Friday 20th and from the 26th until the 30th January.
We will only accept families with children or mature couples eg 40 plus as tenants. Please do not try to book if you do not fit this category. If you do not fit in to one of these two categories we will cancel the booking as soon as we find out. We will only give the keys to families or mature couples if you book as a family please do not arrive early without your child as we will only give the key when we see your family. We will evict immediately with no refund given if you arrive and do not meet these criteria. We have learnt from past experiences to not give the benefit of the doubt to other groups as our house has been damaged by bucks parties. This is our family home, and whilst we lock away personal belongings, photos etc when people stay, it is still the home in which we are raising our two young children. Our neighbours are our friends and we do not want our renting out the house to have a negative impact on them. No parties and no smoking allowed. If you want to stay up drinking until 3am this is not the house for you sorry. If you want a spacious and luxurious house by the beach with panoramic views, lots of toys and space for kids to run around, then this house would be great for you.
We have two kittens in our fully enclosed vegetable garden. They are never allowed in the house as I am allergic. We will ask a neighbour to feed them during your stay so you will not be responsible for them unless you wish to be :-
