Level 1 (downstairs) - Bedroom with 3 single beds (this bedroom opens out to the rumpus room). Rumpus room with 3 double beds, TV, two couches. Laundry and garage are also downstairs on Level 1.

The Perfect Family Holiday

Take a stroll down to South Avoca to enjoy the local art gallery, whale watching from Captain Cook Lookout, or you may wish to simply enjoy a picnic in one of several foreshore reserves. Visit the Avoca Beach Picture Theatre that plays host to the latest films, Terrigal Haven is just a few minutes drive, with an array of some of the Coast\'s best dive reefs and wrecks, or have a hit of tennis at one of several nearby courts. Visit the Ken Duncan Photo gallery for breathtaking landscape images or the Gosford Regional Art Gallery & Japanese Gardens. The Australian Reptile Park is at Somersby featuring Spider world and the Lost World Of Reptiles.

North Avoca is also only 10 minutes drive from Erina Fair, a very large shopping mall, with department stores, supermarkets and hundreds of specialty shops, a cinema complex and an indoor ice rink.

Myself and 10 of my close mates rented out the house for the weekend and made use of the all the house had to offer from twister and table tennis to the surfboards and kayak. Definitely a place to recommend with enough space for a comfortable visit.

Plenty of entertainment from the table tennis. No hassle with noise from or to the neighbors. Great communication from the owner. Will definitely be back.
