The spaciously designed kitchen includes quality stainless steel appliances, hugh oven for entertaining, microwave, dishwasher, gas cook-top with Caesar stone benches.
The main lounge is equipped with a full HD LCD TV, Bose surround sound, blu ray player and foxtel.
Children are well catered for in the backyard.. They will enjoy the pool, sandpit and playing with the abundance of toys that are available for use.
The home has ducted air-conditioning and in addition all rooms contain fans.
The home has secure off road parking for at least 5 cars. ( no Garage available)
For those not able to escape work there is high speed Wi-Fi internet access.
Full laundry with washing machine & dryer are available for guest use.
Bed linen is provided , just bring towels and your clothes, sit back and enjoy your break. Please also bring your own beach / pool towels.
This home is an ideal retreat for families.
Strictly NO groups of young people, NO parties, NO pets, NO smoking and 10pm outdoor noise curfew. Must be 35 years and over to make a booking, identification will need to be provided both upon booking and upon check-in. No guest will be permitted in the home and access will be denied in the event that the person who turns up to take the premises is not as per what has been provided in the identification.
This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.

Deposit: 30% to secure booking (non-refundable).
At least one month prior to occupancy: 70% balance of the rental amount (NON REFUNDABLE) + $1,500 Refundable bond.
