Enjoy lazy days at the beach and a meal from The Boy & The Rose cafe at the front of the complex. Avoca Beach cafes, shopping and monthly market is only a short walk via the beach. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, built-ins, TV and en suite with shower. Bedroom 2 contains two king single beds and built-ins. Sofa bed in the lounge room is suitable for children. Property is at the rear of the complex.
