Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, Limelight has added a new winter feature, a cosy Ecosmart fireplace. With just a flick of a switch you can sit back and relax and enjoy the warmth and comfort of a beautiful fire, after a lazy stroll along the beach.

Limelight is an ultra-modern, north facing property with uninterrupted ocean views and solar heated swimming pool. It accommodates up to 16people and is designed over three levels to comfortably accommodate large groups looking for a luxury holiday. Limelights12 x 4 metre illuminated and solar heated swimming pool is a sure way to relax and soak up the sun.

There are numerous living areas, one suited to formal entertaining and the others for comfortable and relaxed living. The north facing balcony has a BBQ, 8 seater setting and sunshine all day long.


The top terrace features 180 degree expansive views from Wamberal to Terrigal. It also features a separate entertaining area with huge deck, bar, separate toilet and lounge area with 42 inch LCD TV with Foxtel.


The ground level consists of a vast open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Its generous design features sliding glass doors that open onto an entertaining balcony, creating uninterrupted indoor/ outdoor space.

The sleek modern kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops is well equipped with Miele appliances including gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. We provide a coffee machine with complimentary pods to help you get started for the day. This level also features 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (the main bedroom with ensuite).


This level boasts yet another living area with LCD TV, Foxtel and DVD, and kitchenette, bathroom and laundry. 2 Tri bunks and a single bed trundle.

The property is only a short stroll to Wamberal beach which is popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a short walk away with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. If you need a coffee or feel like dining out for breakfast or lunch, Lotus Cafe is located just a block away from the property, and Wamberal Surf Club cafe is just one block further. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing house and location We were a group of 18 girls looking for a weekend away at t he beach and this was an amazing choice. The house was spacious and beautiful, well decorated catered for all our needs and so close to the beaches.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great weekend Our group had a wonderful stay at Limelight. The pool. kitchen, living and and entertaining areas of the home were first rate. Accommodation on the lower floor of the home was too hot due to the positioning of the ceiling fans and the low roof. Other than that I would highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything we needed! I recently stayed at Limelight with a group of 15 friends for our university break and the house provided everything we needed and wanted. Upon arrival we were amazed, not only at how clean the house was, but how spacious and centrally located it was! The top level had breath-taking views of the beach, particularly from the balcony. We used the TVs to watch movies and play music, with more than enough space for everyone to lie around and hang out during the day. Each room was also comfortable and well-equipped with blankets, towels, wardrobe space, etc. Danielle greeted us warmly when we arrived, making sure that we settled in well and always made herself available if we had any queries. The house gave us no problems - we used the TVs, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry facilities on a daily basis and never had anything to complain about. The house exceeded our expectations because it was such a relaxed environment, and it was so close to everything you'd possibly need. We were surprised that the beach was literally only a 3-minute walk down the road and that the house was also a quick drive to restaurants, cafes, the gym, local supermarkets and the Erina Shopping Mall. Unfortunately we didn't get much use out of the pool because it was extremely cold, but this was expected since it was the middle of Winter. However we are definitely planning to come back to Limelight in the warmer seasons, after receiving such excellent customer service from Danielle and the cleaners, and having such a great time at the house (even during Winter). Would 100% recommend to those travelling in big groups who are looking for a relaxed getaway and a place conveniently located to everything you need!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Location! I had a yoga retreat and 12 of us stayed at the house. The top level was great to use as a yoga room and the balconies were all amazing with phenomenal views. The location is amazing to be able to walk on the beach for the sunrise. The only unfortunate thing was that the coffee machine was broken so we had to hold down the top bit every time we made a coffee. Also, the knives were very blunt and with all the cooking we found that frustrating. Overall would definitely stay there again and Danielle was very helpful to deal with when booking and helping with additional questions I had.
