As well as its ocean views over Terrigal’s and Wamberal’s golden beaches, Limelight is perfectly located for surfing, fishing and diving enthusiasts. It has loads of space: sleeping accommodation for up to 16 people with 3 storeys of internal living areas; and 4 large terraces with outdoor dining and day lounges. Did I mention its north facing? Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the many sun drenched balconies. The illuminated pool is decadent.

There are local eateries and it is just a short walk to Breakers Club and golf course or Terrigal Beach with boutique shops, trendy cafes and fine dining.

Limelight has 2 kitchens and 3.5 bathrooms, reverse cycle air conditioning on the two upper levels, solar heated pool shoulder seasons, double lock-up garage with internal access, and a roof top terrace with all-day sun that is totally private yet provides 270 degree views from Wamberal to the hinterland west of Terrigal.

North facing and on an elevated position, you will enjoy beautiful sea breezes and lovely views while the modern interior, gourmet kitchen, and air-conditioning ensure you can relax in style and comfort.

Limelight’s resort style 12 x 4 metre illuminated solar heated swimming pool is a sure way to relax and soak up the sun.

There are numerous living areas, one suited to formal entertaining and the others for comfortable and relaxed living. The north facing balcony has a BBQ, 8 seater setting and sunshine all day long.

For those winter months Limelight features a cosy Ecosmart fireplace. With just a flick of a switch you can sit back and relax and enjoy the warmth and comfort of a beautiful fire, after a lazy stroll along the beach.

UPPER LEVEL

The top terrace features 180 degree expansive views from Wamberal to Terrigal. It also features a separate entertaining area with huge deck, bar, separate toilet and lounge area with 42 inch LCD TV with Foxtel.

GROUND LEVEL

The ground level consists of a vast open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Its generous design features sliding glass doors that open onto an entertaining balcony, creating uninterrupted indoor/ outdoor space.

The sleek modern kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops is well equipped with Miele appliances including gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. We provide a coffee machine with complimentary pods to help you get started. This level also features 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms the main bedroom with ensuite.

LOWER LEVEL

This level boasts yet another living area with LCD TV, Foxtel and DVD, and kitchenette, bathroom and laundry. 2 Tri bunks and a double fold out sofa lounge.

LOCATION

Limelight is located on the scenic Central Coast only 90 minutes north of Sydney via the F3 Freeway. The property is only a short stroll to Wamberal beach which is popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a short walk away with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. If you need a coffee or feel like dining out for breakfast or lunch, Lotus Cafe is located just a block away from the property, and Wamberal Surf Club cafe is just one block further. Limelight is also located on the same street as Wamberal Breakers Club.

Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and Limelight’s surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm mid-week and 11pm Friday/Saturday. This includes swimming in the pool.

I recommend LimeLight to anyone looking for a beautiful holiday house that's located only meters from the ocean and a short stroll into town. It had more than enough of everything we needed from olive oil to numerous sets of cutlery and cups, coffee machine and Foxtel!!! This house had so many beautiful little touches that made the house feel like your own home!! Would definitely recommend.
