2 separate loungerooms, both with TV and DVD players. 2nd TV room (which is great for the kids) also has X-Box, Wii and Playstation 2/3. There is a great selection of DVDs left at the property for guest use. There is also an I-Pod dock in main living area as well as a CD player.
Board games, jigsaw puzzles and cards are provided for the kids.
The property has 2 1/2 bathrooms including master bedroom ensuite. Main bathroom has a spa bath.
Huge kitchen and dining area. Kitchen has caesar-stone benchtops and includes large fridge, oven and stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and most importantly a coffee machine!!

A 50% cancellation fee is charged for less than 24hours notice.
A 10% cancellation fee is charged for less than 2 weeks notice.
The property WILL NOT be rented to any "Schoolies" groups. Please do not attempt to rent this property if a young group. Extra identification and checks required during this period.
A credit card number is required to keep on file in lieu of bond, for significant breakages. A cash bond will be accepted if you don't want to leave credit card details.
