The position is unrivalled, the views are spectacular. This modern stylish unit is in a small complex of 12 units nestled alongside Crowne Plaza at 12/24 The Esplanade Terrigal no hills to walk up to get to your unit after a day at the beach or a night on the town and only 20 metres to beach.

Walk out the door and across the road for a dip in Terrigal Beach or stroll 50 metres down the road to Crowne Plaza Beer Garden or one of the many cafes or restaurants that Terrigal is renowned for, or maybe you're just up for a lazy afternoon of retail therapy. If this sounds like you than park the car in the garage as you won't need it, all these are a short walk from your doorstep.

The unit has air conditioning in the living area, foxtel, DVD and stereo & flat screen TV.

Watch the sunset on the balcony or have a BBQ for lunch with the BBQ provided.

The kitchen has European appliances, Caesar stone bench top and is complete with dishwasher, microwave and all the cooking needs, large dining table that seats 8 and and breakfast bar to accommodate 4 more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The unit is well situated. The only thing going for this unit is the position and ocean views. The unit was dirty, and needed modernising and many repairs. The aircon didn’t work and the amenities were poor. Wouldn’t recommend this property.

You simply couldn't get a better view, however, older style unit in reasonable condition, needs some attention and a good clean, if its raining you can't use the balcony, beds a bit on the hard side, very bright street light outside all bedroom windows 'without' block out curtains (we hung spare blankets up at windows with pegs, helped a bit) Lots of noise late Friday & Saturday night from younger patrons leaving club next door, so, if its a good nights sleep you require maybe go elsewhere. Great places to eat, shop & walk.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent location Excellent location and a very nice size unit. Ducted air con out of order, which made the bedrooms very hot to sleep in. Owner should at least put in pedestal fans if only a short term problem. If long term then ceiling fans required. Owner was not always quick to respond to emails. Bond money was returned nearly two weeks later.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location and views! Great location and views! Unit spacious and nicely modernised but just felt it could have been a bit cleaner, e.g. mould on window in room with two single beds and inside cupboards. Need to mention it is a top floor unit too. Other than that great!
