Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ocean view apartment let down Ocean view was outstanding. Nautilus 8 The Entrance North apartment was not as luxury as you think. The apartment not clean, no toilet paper, only one two seater lounge which was uncomfortable and dirty, and not practical for more than two adults, outside area had left over nut shells and ash over the grass from a BBQ or something, floor to ceiling glass doors so dirty it obstructs the glorious view. Very disappointed as we emailed the agency on arrival and still have not had any response back and it is now 4days since I sent it. For $800 plus a night it's falsely advertised

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not meet expectations My family and I have been coming to this property for short breaks for years. It does have great views and the beach is right at your doorstep. However, I recently stayed at the property for a period of 3 nights, and this time was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house, as well as the lack of interest from the owner and the agent to offer any compensation or consideration for the following: - Window blinds broken and actually not able to be opened unless manually wound - Broken glass in kitchen cupboard - Ridiculous amount of stains on the couches and rug in the lounge room, to the point where we covered them with sheets it was so dirty - Broken/bent outdoor chair Understandably it is difficult to maintain a property when it is constantly rented out, however, the property is positioned as "absolute luxury." If positioned in such a way, it should live up to the expectation. Note: -You have to bring all kitchen, bathroom items, including toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid/salt/pepper/oil/decent frypans -You share the front lawn area with all other apartments You can hear any noise from above/next door.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great location and modern property This place is great, the location is right on the beach and the property is very modern with everything you need. You are adjoining some other properties and share a common grass area which leads out on the beach. Some problems on our weekend there were: 1. The sofa bed had sand all through it, it appears the cleaners had missed it. We had someone sleeping there so had to clean it ourselves. 2. On the second night a large group of men stayed next to us, they were loud and intrusive and ruined our second night as we didn't feel comfortable going outside. I think this is a disadvantage of staying in a place with adjoining apartments. They also had way more people than allowed so this is something definitely to note when staying here. The owners also need to vet the people staying there a bit better. I raised these concerns with the property manager and they apologised but no compensation was given.
