OVERVIEW

Come and enjoy this wonderful location and imagine yourself having relaxed meals on the back balcony looking over the beach and dunes and listening to the waves in the ocean. The view is mesmerising and priceless. Watch the surfers and people fishing or join in. Walk along a beach that doesn't seem to end. Or just sit, relax and take it all in.

This gorgeous house is located at the entrance north in a quiet cul de sac. It is walking distance from the beach and the lake. It overlooks the dunes, beach and the entrance can be seen from the back balcony.

The house is fully equipped, furnished, air conditioned and has a state of the art security system. It has 4 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 3 Queen beds and two double sofa beds. There is one main bathroom, 2 ensuites and one extra toilet and shower.

The kitchen is huge & fully equipped and comes with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and Miele coffee machine.

The laundry has a front loading washer and a separate dryer. There is also a clothes line outside and a portable line available.

There is a expansive barbecue area off the pool.

There is a media room and library with DVD's, books and magazines available for your use during your stay.

Towels and bedding are included in your stay.

We want you to love staying here as much as we do. We have made the home comfortable and luxurious so you can enjoy the beautiful surrounds and relax during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the pool, library and media room that have Dvd's and books available for your use during your stay. Magazines are also provided. There are games available to enjoy as well.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We are happy to interact as much as is needed. Guests will be given an entry code for the front door and gates which will allow them access and ensures their own security.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The entrance north has beautiful beaches, the lake, walking tracks and is a 4km stroll to town where there are many restaurants, cafes, shops and a busy foreshore with kids activities.

Local activities include swimming, surfing, bike riding, fishing, kayaking and walking.

There is also pelican feeding daily and there are multiple markets over the weekend held locally and in neighbouring suburbs.

GETTING AROUND

There is local bus virtually at your doorstep The bus will take you to the main part of town or to other areas on the coast such as Bateau Bay with a route to Gosford.

Please note that for insurance purposes, prior to booking your government issued photographic ID and full residential address details must be provided via email. To avoid doubt, the forms of ID that are acceptable are a current Drivers License or Passport.

HOUSE RULES

This is not a party house and if there are any parties held then guests will be evicted and the bond will be taken.

In this area noise should be kept to a minimum with respect to neighbors.

Any damage to the house or its contents will be charged and taken from the bond. If the bond does not cover the damage caused then legal action will be taken.

We expect the house to be left clean and tidy and cleaning fees will be taken from the bond if it is not left clean including the barbecue and kitchen areas. We request that dishes and pots are packed away where originally placed.

Please do not leave any food in the fridge or house. Any basic condiments that are used up should be replaced.

Rubbish should be taken to the bins on your leaving. If you are there on a Sunday night we request that you take out the red rubbish bin onto the street.
