Our 5th floor apartment, has one of the most amazing water and coastal views on the Central Coast. The sweeping view pans from The Entrance Channel and lake system, all the way up to Norah Head.
You can enjoy the sights of the aqua blue ocean and golden sandy beaches all in front of you from inside the apartment, or on on our large, wide balcony. We have had guests even see whales from the balcony. It really is a cracker of a view and you will love it. Check out our photos and you will get an idea, but the real thing is amazing!
On New Years Eve and Australia Day evenings, there are major fireworks celebrations across the channel/lake. Our balcony provides the perfect position to sit and enjoy, without crowds.
We are in a perfect location for your getaway. Park the car in the secure garage, and you will not need it again till time to head home. The unit block is 5 mins flat walk to the beach, lake, shops, restaurants, parks, theatre,and waterfront entertainment area. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far away enough to have peaceful sleep.
The apartment has been set up so you can love your holiday. Super spacious, comfortable living and dining area. Well set up kitchen, full laundry facilities, gorgeous balcony to eat and watch the spectacular view and comfortable beds. This makes your holiday easy and relaxing.

For families with young children, we have a portable cot you can use, high chair, kids DVD's, games and a toybox. We also have window locks, balcony door locks and a dead lock on front door, to keep the unit safe. We have a lift, so no struggling to manouvre luggage, prams and shopping up mountains of stairs. The main bathroom has a bath and shower and the ensuite has a shower.

NO SMOKING or PETS or SCHOOLIES: Please do not smoke in the apartment or on the balconies. Thank you. As we have residents in the building, we do not take schoolies and we do not allow parties.
WHAT TO BRING: please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats and towels.
FREE EXTRAS: We have provided tea, ground coffee, sauces etc, a box of toys for toddlers, board games (in the coffee table drawer), lots of DVD's and CD's (great if it's wet) and a few other bits and pieces. We have tried to provide whatever we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we do!

BOND: There is a $300 bond that all guests pay.
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable payment of 20% of the tariff is required to secure your booking.
BALANCE: The balance of the tariff plus the bond is payable 28 day before your check in date.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel a booking, your deposit will not be refunded.
REPLACEMENT BOOKING: If you have already paid the balance and we can rebook the unit, we will refund any rent we receive from the replacement booking (up to the balance already paid by you).
