.....About Lakefront Apartments location....

Located opposite the lake with 12kms of bike track at the door, this newly renovated apartment is located at the front of the newly renovated block of apartments facing the lake and is also on the ground floor. It is bright, modern and fresh throughout.

Enjoy Salt Lake Park just across the road with it's fantastic BBQ and recreational facilities, or enjoy the natural rock pools, daily pelican feeding, open air markets or water play park at The Entrance which is a just a short bike ride or good walk away approx. 2 mins drive.

The beaches nearby are Toowoon Bay, Shelly Beach, Bateau Bay or Blue Bay and The Entrance. Trendy Terrigal is just a short 10 minute drive if you are looking for a great selection of restaurants, cafe's and boutique shops.

The main bedroom has a double sized bed and a wardrobe plus plenty of drawer storage space, and is finished with lovely plantation shutters.

The second bedroom has single sized bunk beds and also has a roll out single trundle bed. There is also a study desk and more drawers for storage in this bedroom, and it is also finished with lovely plantation shutters.

This unit can sleep up to 5 adults plus 1 infant portacot available - 1 x double bed, 2 x single bunk beds, 1 x single rollaway bed & 1 x portacot.

The kitchen is new and has caesarstone bench tops and splashback with stainless steel oven, electric ceramic cooktop, microwave oven and bar fridge, plus all the small appliances and accessories you need to cook up a storm

There is a separate shower and toilet, plus an indoor laundry complete with a front loading washing machine.

Enjoy the outdoor undercover patio with BBQ facilities provided.

This unit also has a remote control lock up garage so if you want to park your car inside, bring a small boat, your own bikes or whatever - it can be safe and secure in the garage and easily accessed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location Lovely access to bike/walking track and playgrounds, and a short drive to family-friendly beaches, shops and a great variety of cuisines. Our children nicknamed the resident(s) upstairs 'Stampy'. Unfortunately we seemed to hear every noise from upstairs during the evenings and at night-time throughout our one-week stay - footsteps, scraping of chair legs on the floor, people chatting. On the upside, the owner was quick to respond to our request for towels, and did her best to intervene when the people upstairs partied with their thumping music until 4am on the night of our arrival. The apartment itself was comfortable, and we enjoyed the games, DVDs, books and magazines which were made available to us.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great property Lovely unit, very comfortable beds. Great location, close to everything. Noisy when upstairs neighbours home and freezer needed to be defrosted but otherwise very satisfied. Great value for money, we would definitely recommend to others and would stay again if back in the area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely beautiful Wow!!! we stayed here 25-27th November 2016 to attend a wedding. On arrival we were totally impressed with the quality of the unit and the cleanliness. The beds were comfortable, it has everything you need for a short or long stay, and is so central to everything. Family who came to visit were also very impressed. Thank you to the owners for keeping the property well kept. *just a note about the noise from the above unit.... they got a little noisey on our first night, the floorboards creaking, but were more than apologetic for their music when we asked them to turn it down. They turned music down almost immediately. Definitely approachable and happy to help *
