The apartment can comfortably sleep 8 guests and features an open plan lounge and dining, a fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms 1 with spa bath, laundry, private courtyard and balconies and undercover secured parking for one car.
Can sleep up to a maximum of 8 guests with pull out sofa and single bed trundles.
Please be aware that there are a few stairs within and outside the apartment.
We have one car space available in the underground secured garage.

5 Must keep noise levels down so as to not disturb the adjoining neighbours.
6 Must follow rules of the common areas and respect others, especially when using the pool, spa and sauna.
7 Guests using the Gymnasium, must sign a waiver before attempting any workout.
8 Must tidy up, clean and take rubbish out to the garbage room on exit.
9 There is to be no gutting and scaling of fish in the kitchen whatsoever. Extra cleaning fees will apply. If you need to, this can be done in the laundry tub or contact the owner.
10 Bedding: Bedspreads, pillows and cushions decorating the beds are for display purposes only. Covered doonas and white pillows are provided for your personal use and can be found in the wardrobes and in the blanket box situated on the landing.
11 Cooking: When cooking please turn on the rangehood above the stove by pulling the top towards you. Open all windows when cooking in the kitchen.
12 BBQ: A natural Gas BBQ has been recently added for your use. Please make sure you keep it clean after use, as cleaning fees will be charged.
13 Please check before you leave that you have not left any personal property behind.
