This attractive architecturally designed townhouse is equipped with the highest quality appliances, security intercoms and secure underground car park with direct internal access to the townhouse. Featuring high ceilings, large open spaces, private courtyards and decks. The large glazed doors and glass walls promote a cooling airflow in summer and capture the heat in winter. The townhouse has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout to make your stay comfortable in summer or winter.
You have your own three private courtyards: The front courtyard has your own 10m lap swimming pool (not shared with other units), sunbaking layback chairs, table and chair setting. There is a central internal courtyard which is ideal for outdoor eating or just relaxing in complete privacy. The rear courtyard has an undercover BBQ area, seating and clothes line.
The townhouse has a spacious ground floor living and entertainment area with lounge room, dining room, kitchen and laundry, plus a separate downstairs powder room.
The lounge room has a large 106cm LCD TV, DVD player and stereo system with a selection of DVD movies and board games provided to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. Spacious separate dining and lounge rooms built for comfort. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs (to sleep 4):
. Master Bedroom with ensuite: Queen size bed, bedside tables and LCD TV/DVD plus private balcony.
. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and bedside tables. This bedroom is situated adjacent to main bathroom (could be thought of as a second ensuite).
Additional extra sleeping options (to sleep 6):
. Dining room - Can be converted to a 3rd bedroom in the night time with 2 single beds.
. Double pullout sofa bed in lounge room
. Undercover BBQ area in back courtyard
