This absolute beachfront pet friendly cottage is the perfect place to create family memories. A short stroll across to Terrigal beach, Summer Belle is a relaxed original cottage set on the sandy shore of Wamberal beach. Take in the sea breezes and hear the ocean’s lull from this partially renovated abode, which offers seamless indoor and outdoor living spaces and a sun room. Summer Belle is two-minute drive to Terrigal beach and shopping esplanade, which has an array of shops, cafe's and restaurants. It consists of four large bedrooms and bathroom facilities on both levels. Master bedroom contains a king bed, bedroom 2 each contains a queen bed and ceiling fan, bedroom 3 contains a queen and double bed, while bedroom 4 contains a king bed.

LINEN: Linen is not included at this property. Linen/towels packs are available for hire at $25.00 per person, or BYO sheets, pillowslips & bathroom linen.

SECURITY BOND: is required upon check-in, prior to key collection.

The bond for this property is $1,000. Bond is returned to guest approx 48 hours post-checkout once the property has been cleaned and inspected for damages.

This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.
