Beachside 7 is nestled between Wamberal beach and lagoon- the ideal location if you are looking for a beach side getaway. Situated at the rear of a beachfront block with lagoon glimpses, this unit is only moments from the shore of Wamberal beach, accessed by the complex stairwell. Beachside 7 has been renovated internally with a bright and comfortable vibe. Walk along the sand to Terrigal beach and shopping esplanade. Master bedroom contains a queen bed with built in robes while bedroom 2 contains a tri-bunk with an extra trundle bed. WiFi not included. Please Note: Images are recent sales shots. Furniture subject to change.

SECURITY BOND: is required upon check-in, prior to key collection. The bond for this property is $500. Bond is returned to guest approx 48 hours post-checkout once the property has been cleaned and inspected for damages.

This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.
