Conveniently located in The Outlook Estate, this stylish three bedroom home has the best of both worlds, as it boasts uninterrupted rural and city views, creating the perfect setting for a family retreat, somewhere to escape with friends or comfortable corporate lodgings.

Dubbo has an abundance of attractions and Lilydale is centrally located to many of them, with Australia's No. 1 attraction, Taronga Western Plains Zoo, an easy five minute drive and the heart of Dubbo, accessible within six minutes. Lilydale's location enables visitors to enjoy the ambience of rural living and yet it has the convenience of its close proximity to attractions, shopping facilities, sporting venues, cafes, restaurants, pubs and plenty more.

Lilydale lies within a quiet cul-de-sac, is adorned with two double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom and has a tastefully decorated master bedroom, complete with a queen bed and en-suite. The fully equipped kitchen is set within an open plan lounge/dining area and has all the comforts of home, including a dishwasher, oven, cook-top, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, electric fry pan, air fryer, wok, refrigerator and dining table. The lounge room contains a large flat-screen television, DVD player, DVDs, board games, selection of books and chaise lounge, which leads outside to the patio, BBQ, entertaining area and landscaped gardens. Ideal for lounging in front of the TV, bean bags are housed in the study, which overlooks local farmland, complete with grazing cattle, kangaroos and other wildlife. Lilydale has free WiFi, the added comfort of gas heating and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning.

Lilydale offers accommodation for a maximum of six people with a minimum requirement of two nights stay. All linen is supplied, along with laundry facilities, including a clothes airer and ironing equipment. Complimentary tea & coffee, brochures, maps and other relevant tourist information is provided, enabling visitors the opportunity to plan their visit in a relaxed environment. Pets may be allowed at Lilydale - prior permission must be obtained and granted. Garage access is usually not available, unless prior arrangements have been made. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great property We had a great time at this place. House is great for little ones (we were 2 couples with 2 toddlers). Backyard is safe for them to play outside. Place is spotlessly clean and there are toys and puzzles. The cows across the road were a bonus and only a few minutes from the zoo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Property - Highly Recommended Hubby, Mr 2yo and myself stayed at this property for 3 nights during our trip to Dubbo to visit the zoo. The proximity of the property to the zoo was fantastic (5 min drive) and also to the center of town (7 minute drive), not to mention a Coles and Target 1 minute down the road, all while being in an extremely quiet and scenic part of town. The house itself is immaculately kept, making it a pleasure to walk into after a long drive from Sydney. The keypad system to enter the property is fantastic, as you don't need to worry about pick up and dropping off keys before and after your stay. Loved this aspect of the house. The bedrooms are all a good size with extremely comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. The main bedroom has an en-suite and walk in robe which is an added bonus. The kitchen is very well clean, new and well equipped and Kerry left an array of staples and treats. Bread, milk, margarine, jam, coffee, tea, lollies, cereal etc. The instruction manual for operating the appliances is thorough although most were easy enough to navigate without it. The open plan of the house made staying with a 2 year old easy. After moving a few breakables, he was free to roam and hubby and I could relax. The garden is a fantastic size and Mr 2 loved rolling a ball down the grassy sloap. There were plenty of toys available in the cupboard as well as those for older children (board games etc). Kerry was very accommodating, texting us into inform us that the property was ready early, should we wish to arrive early. Her explanatory emails prior to our stay were informative and all instructions were very easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and have no hesitation is recommending it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantasic house on new estate The family and I enjoyed a great Easter long weekend at Lilydale and our first time to Dubbo. The house is fantastic and brand new with great furnishing. It is a new estate and on a no through road so very quiet. The kids loved the backyard and was especially handy for the Easter bunny as well as running off some energy. Very close to all the attractions and we liked exploring the Zoo, Old Gaol, Observatory and Royal Flying Doctors base. Kerry was very responsive and provided helpful information prior and relevant contact details throughout the stay if required. Thank you also for the extra provisions and the eggs.
