Reset your senses Explore, eat, sip, treat, romance, relax, and take time to smell the roses. A quiet, friendly neighborhood, backs onto five hectare reserve, space for the whole family or friends. Great for wedding accommodation. Has everything you need. Foxtel, WIFI, central heating throughout, loads of art work, tastefully decorated. 2.4 klms to the centre of Mudgee. Mudgee is home to over 50 wineries, boutique brewery, fantastic restaurants, street side cafes and art deco buildings.
Has four bedrooms main with en-suite, an open plan living, dining, kitchen area, a separate lounge area / office, and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. The house backs onto a reserve, so when you sit out on the patio early in the morning you can hear the birds singing .... it's wonderful. The house is in a cul-de-sac, off a dead end street, so it's a very quiet neighborhood. It's fantastic sitting out by the pool in the evening, either in the summer for a late swim and a glass of Mudgee wine, or in the winter with the fire pit, blankets and a hot toddy. Please note the pool is not heated, so you won't be able to swim approximately late April through to early September ... unless you're a polar bear. The house is filled with interesting pieces of art and books along with a range of DVDs, CDs, chess set, board games etc, which you are welcome to use and enjoy. There's a ping pong table, Foxtel and wireless internet. There is a fenced off section for one or two small dogs and there is a large kennel. Please message me if you are looking to bring a dog on holiday with you, so that I can consider this. Strictly no animals in the pool or inside the house. The house is fully ducted with reverse cycle air conditioning, so it's cool in the summer and warm in the winter. All beds are fitted with electric blankets and there's a fire pit out by the pool if you want to sit outside during the winter.
Prior to your arrival you'll be given the code to the key lock box so you can let yourself in. I don't plan on disturbing you, however, please let me know if you would prefer that I meet you at the property on arrival. If you need anything, or can't find anything then I'm only at the end of the phone.
The house is on a peaceful street with retirees, families with young children and some with older children ... a great mix. It's a quiet neighbourhood, so please respect our neighbours peace and quite.
Air Pelican now fly daily directly from Sydney to Mudgee and you can get taxis very easily approximately $20 one way from Airport to home, , however, you will find it much easier getting around town and the wineries if you have a car.
