It is less than a 200m level walk to the main shopping precinct - so the car can be left at home. Everything is at your doorstep, from barista made coffee; to cafés and restaurants; the newsagents; clubs and pubs; Aquatic Centre where you can swim laps in the 50 metre heated pool and children can take a dip in the splash pool; and of course the supermarkets for all your essentials.
The sleek kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and all the fundamentals for your home away from home stay.
Featuring 2 bathrooms, the main having a deep soaking bath tub to soothe those woes/aches away; 3 x toilets to cater for family needs; 2 showers, one being walk-in access. There is a fully operational laundry to refresh that suitcase of travel wear if required, a carport at the rear of the house to safely park your vehicle off the street and large covered patio area.
Two bedrooms contain luxury king sized beds, and the third has two king single beds.
An office/ 4th bedroom comprises of an office desk and a sofa bed, just in case you need that extra bedding. NOTE, this room does not have heating/cooling.
Comforts include zoned reverse cycle central heating/air-conditioning, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge filtered water and ice making facility, smart 55 inch TV, free WiFi, quality linen and furnishings, and Egyptian cotton towels.
Pets welcome subject to management approval - so please let us know if you are planning to travel with your furry friend. Large secure fenced back yard - pets allowed inside but not on Beds or lounges.
Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee being deducted from security deposit.
Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees and may be deducted from security deposit.
Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from security deposit.
Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours.
Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out.
Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
Smoking is strictly outside only.
Maximum Guests: 7, No Schoolies or Parties.
