This 1960's style cottage is undergoing major renovations and will not be ready for renting till December. New renovations include three bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen/dining living room. Three large stacker doors opening onto a large deck will add to the living space. A carport has been added and the living area extended. New stairs lead to the back deck from the carport.
Downstairs has not been renovated and contains another bedroom, shower, toilet and laundry. There's no internal staircase.
The greatest attraction of this property is it's location. It's set at the top of the block, which enables fantastic ocean and coastal views but is still only five minutes easy walk to the patrolled beach and surf club. Another 2 minutes takes you to the local shops. Containing a chemist, small grocery store, newsagent, hairdresse etc
Swansea shopping center is larger and contains Coles and Woolworths and is a five minute drive.
Basically once set up you can relax and enjoy the area without driving.
It is perfect for families with kids or small groups.
There is no air conditioner not needed due to sea breezes but new efficient ceiling fans are in most rooms. Gas heating will be installed.
You can supply your own linen and towels or pay $20 p/p p/s for it. Linen includes bath towels, bath mat, face washer sheets, and pillow cases.Blankets, quilts, pillows and mattress protectors, kitchen towel and tea towels are supplied.
Pets are no longer allowed.

Main bedroom: 1x queen bed, ensuite, walk in robe and dressing table. This room has large glass doors opening onto the deck. The views from your bed allow you to watch the sun and moon rise.
Bed 2 : 1 queen bed, dressing table, clothes hanging stand.
Bed 3: Double bunks and a single trundle
Bedroom 4 1 double with shower. Toilet off laundry.
Note: Prices are based on 4 adults and 3 children. Cottage has 6 beds and can sleep 9. Maximum of 6 adults allowed.
