An absolute waterfront cottage on a quiet cul de sac next to an idyllic reserve with breathtaking views. A perfect spot for a weekend away. Ideal for couples or small family.
The house sits right on the watersedge beside a leafy, picturesque reserve. It’s a split level 2 bedroom house.
The master bedroom is a loft style bedroom on the 2nd floor of the split level home and has water views with queen bed with built in wardrobes as well a walk in wardrobe. It has an ensuite with shower.
The second bedroom is the size of two bedrooms and sits on the 1st level of the split level home. It has a queen size bed and a double size bed and a cot if we know in advance.
The second bathroom is a bit dated but very functional with a shower and also contains washing machine.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Pantry essentials are also provided such as coffee and tea. There is a dining table for 6 people.
There are two separate living areas. The main lounge room has a TV free to air only. There are doors opening onto outdoor deck overlooking water with outdoor table for 4-5. The second lounge room is on the same floor as the second bedroom and overlooks the water.
There is wifi and a playstation 3 that has a random selection of kids movies on it and some games.
Jetty: Guests can access the jetty but keep in mind the jetty is shared with our neighbours.
There is a gas BBQ in the boathouse which can be wheeled outside in front of the boathouse for those who love to BBQ by the waters edge.
Guests have access to entire house except for garage. Parking is available past the garage in front of the house or beside the garage. If you have a trailer it's best to park it on the street as it would be difficult to turn around.
There are three sets of stairs in this split level home. Those with mobility issues or small toddlers may want to take into consideration prior to booking.
There is a public boat launch and small playground less than 500m away.
Paddleboards one adult and one junior paddleboard can be made available upon request.
