"Beeston" is an historic freestanding terrace commissioned to be built by Charles Henry Barden (of Maitland saddlers fame - "Barden & Ribee") for his wife Fanny, in the late 1800's. (The original houses Title Deeds have been preserved and framed in the hall).
Be transported to another time as you enter through the grand hallway, complete with cherub chandelier, and relish in the architecture of the time reflected in wide polished boards, huge skirting boards, french doors and high ceilings .
This two bedroom (one queen, one double) period property offers exclusive and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests. Take the three small stairs to the large, ornate lounge room, though to a fully equipped kitchen, past the laundry and to a full sized heritage style bathroom with separate claw foot bath and shower.
Set within a pretty cottage garden in a narrow central street, an easy walk to all Maitland has to offer - cafes, boutiques, shopping, Art Gallery, River walks, combined with many, convenient transport options (an easy walk to the railway if you don't want to drive).
All linen included (both beds fitted with blankets, doonas, and electric blankets) - complimentary tea & coffee. Off street parking for one car.

Tariff is $165 per night for up to 2 guests (this rate is for use of 1 Queen Bedroom only).. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Property can accommodate maximum of 4 guests.
Note: Should only one bedroom be booked (and the applicable tariff paid for that room) and the second bedroom used, you will be charged at the nightly rate of $250 per night, rather than $150 per night.
