Paterson is a beautiful little town full of history and charm, nestled in the lush green foothills of the Barrington Tops Mountain Range. The post office is one of the original buildings, 132 years old and still operating as a post office. The residence is a beautiful 2 storey home with views over the Paterson River and valley. The owner also occupies the home so you do not rent the whole house.
For 2018 we have have upgraded the rooms to be arranged so that there are two bedrooms and a breakfast room, all upstairs, with sleeping for up to six guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, decorated in a style to suit the home. Each room is twin share and rents for $130 per night A third person in the same room is an extra charge of $50. For more than 3 guests you will pay for 2 rooms. The bathroom is shared between the guests, but only guests traveling together are booked in at any one time, so you won't be sharing with strangers. For this reason, when you make your initial enquiry you will be quoted a price for both rooms however, if you only wish to book one room of course you will be able to negotiate with the owner to pay for only one room. During your stay your host provides all you will need for a continental breakfast which you can prepare for yourself at your leisure. There is free wifi but no television. There is a selection of books, games, children's toys and colouring in.
