We have 2 self-contained cottages on 25 acres of a private rural property including a 1.75 acre hobby vineyard.
LILLY PILLY is a new-build, 1 king bedroom can convert to 2 singles spacious cottage with large ensuite shower and generous sized built-in wardrobe suitable for long stays. Open-plan living/dining/kitchen complete with queen size sofa bed which is available for another 2 guests recommend a family or close friends as the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom at an extra cost - maximum 4 guests in the cottage. We would require the children's age - please be aware that we have open dams. A large 3x9 metre gated deck overlooks the dam and the natural bushland where you can enjoy. It's a great spot for breakfast and enjoy your own private gas BBQ. The cottage is also accessible by wheelchair [AS1428]. Dogs are welcome to stay however, it will depend on the age, breed and weight no puppies and small-medium dogs only also a maximum of 2 ONLY per visit C5 vaccinations and flea/heartworm prevention treatment is required. Although the deck is gated there are no fenced in areas. Please inform us at time of booking that you wish to bring your dogs - there is an additional cleaning charge of $25.
Alternatively, WISTERIA is a comfortable, tastefully decorated cottage for 4 guest. It consists of 1 king bedroom can convert to 2 singles with ensuite and a enough room for a cot which we can supply. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and spa. Open-plan living/dining/kitchen divide the bedrooms. At the cottage entrance is a patio and deck area complete with gas BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. A verandah opening from the king bedroom overlooks the dam and bushland which is an alternative spot for meals or chill out with a glass of wine.
