The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals with a large stainless steel fridge, microwave and electric stove and also included is a tap with filtered water unique to this property. Just bring the food and wine and enjoy a country experience. An old French Wine Barrel has been restored to now live in this villa as a bar from one of the valley's artists. There is seating for all 8 guests and more around the villa so you could literally have a party and enjoy everything this villa has to offer. Many villas only have seating for 6.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and vacuum perfect for longer stays or for families with children.

You can also book to dine within the resort at Bodega or pop in and have a drink at the bar or a coffee and read one of the free daily newspapers if you don't want to go too far.
Of course helicopters and horse drawn carts work all day if that is something you would like to experience. Or hire a bike from the resort and explore the valley.
The gas fireplace in the loungeroom and large TV with austar and It is a smart TV are great for chilly evenings or Sports games if you don't want to watch in the bar area.
There is a third toilet on the ground floor living area level which also helps of an evening for those extra people guest 7 and 8 who are sleeping on the sofa bed. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the main and second bedroom with a TV. The ensuite has a separate bath for relaxing after a busy day of winetasting and both bathrooms offer underfloor heating for winter which is completely unique to this villa in this resort. The second bathroom is directly between the second and third bedrooms.
The wooden floorboards have been repolished, carpets freshly cleaned and the villa had a fresh coat of paint in June 2015.
Two bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the golf course and the third bedroom overlooks the bushland over the resort as does the ensuite bathroom. All three vistas are beautiful and do not disappoint. Each bedroom has individual reverse cycle air conditioners for individual guests needs. The second and third bedrooms come with 1 king bed or two singles, whatever suits your needs. A sofa bed can be included downstairs for the extra guests and there is a toilet on this level also.
The back outdoor sundrenched balcony is a perfect spot to watch the golfers, hot air ballooners or the kangaroos and take in the valley over a glass of wine and some cheese from the cheese factory next door. The front balcony, also unique to this villa is great for kids to play on still within adults sight yet in the fresh country air.
There is a pool designated for private guests.This has an outdoor shower and toilets and a table to sit at under an umbrella as well as sun lounges.
Guests can book a game of golf or buy balls for a hit on the driving range. There is a golf shop for souvenirs or snacks and drinks. You can also dine in the buffet style restaurant, breakfast buffet only $28 per person,subject to change without notice or simply relax in the bar and order snacks, read a free daily paper or lie in the hammocks nearby, while the children have a hit of totem tennis or play one of many board games all free .
This is definately the cheapest villa in this resort, not only because of its position, or because downstairs was refurbished in June 2015. It offers more than the others:

Cypress Lakes Resort is the hotel complex within which this villa sits. This villa sits on the 13th hole of this golf course. The resort is the biggest in the valley and is near McGuigans Winery, the cheese factory, Brokenwood winery, Tempus Two Winery and Golden Door Spa.
