The apartment is on the lower floor of our family home. We are a 20 min walk/5 min drive to the John Hunter Hospital, 20 min drive to the city, and are close to the M1 and Newcastle bypass.
The apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom containing shower with rain showerhead/toilet/vanity, and a combined kitchennette/lounge/dining area. All facilities are brand new.
There is separate access to the apartment via the side of our property, which includes approx. 15 stairs in 3 separate flights.
The bedroom has two extra long single beds, which can zip together to form a king size bed. The lounge converts into a king size fold out bed, which is super comfy not one of those ones that rolls into the middle. In total the apartment can sleep 4 comfortably.
