Centrally located on 220 acres, Loggerheads was first established by Australian Wine Industry icon, the late Len Evans, who planted Shiraz and Gammay vineyard which is now more than thirty years old.The homestead is “Australian Country” in design, with European features and includes a stunning stone kitchen, wine cellar, swimming pool and breathtaking vineyard views.
The Loggerheads homestead, exudes charm, atmosphere and sophistication with its blend of eclectic antique fittings and state of the art finishes, extensively refurbished by architect Michael Suttor.

Against the backdrop of the Brokenback and Barrington ranges, there are several outbuildings along with an imposing stone column feature, collected from the demolition of the Bank of NSW on George Street, which remain from the Evans’ time.
