Austinmer "Bruschetta" House : first constructed prior to 1906 and named " Bruschetta" each house in Austinmer at the time were given a name as streets were not numbered. Bruschetta was first built as a beach house in the Hawaiian Style. The house framework was painted and exposed, cladded on the inside only. Bruschetta at one stage was used as a weekender by the Balmain Leagues Club and affectionately named the "Inside Out House" by the kids of Austinmer
