Bundeena is quiet little haven only a short drive from the big city of Sydney. Bundeena Base is a comfortable home from home, within easy reach of Sydney, where you can be yourself and relax with friends.
Overlooking the sea, with fabulous views from the garden, pool and two of the bedrooms, the property offers you a quiet haven within the sleepy village of Bundeena. Don't be fooled by the peace and quiet, there's plenty to do while you are here but it is perfect for time just to switch off and recharge from the stress of daily life.

There is a $120 cleaning fee which is left as cash for the cleaner on departure.
We are open to dogs staying at the property but I must ask that you contact me either by phone or email to go over some details that we need to agree upon.
Within a stone’s throw of Sydney but a world away from big city stress, Bundeena is surrounded by The Royal National Park and nestled on the shores of Port Hacking. There are 5 local beaches and many bush walks. The village has a vibrant little centre with café’s, post office, IGA, newsagent. GP and pharmacy. The village is famous for its local arts scene and has a monthly art trail which coincides with the monthly market on the first Sunday of the month.
Bundeena Base is a comfortable hideaway, perfectly positioned to provide easy access to beaches, bush and shops and quiet enough to allow you to retreat into your own world if you so wish. The location is within 600 paces of three beaches, a short walk to shops and cafes and provides views across Port Hacking with plenty of off-street parking.
Cronulla is a 20 minute ferry ride away.
The accommodation features stunning original artwork by local world renown artist Jim Tsinganos and provides all the creature comforts to help you feel settled as soon as you walk through the door. Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioned throughout.

Private, self-contained, 3-bedroom area in the lower part of a larger house with sliding entrance door flowing onto a covered terrace, generous garden and pool area. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a cool drink of your choice and enjoying views of Port Hacking or contemplating a dip in the pool. A large Weber BBQ is provided.

• 2 queen size beds and 1 double with a top bunk and trundle bed top and trundle suitable for children only

The generous bathroom suite has a double washbasin area, separate bath tub and shower room and separate toilet. Super fluffy, 100 Egyptian cotton towels provided in-home use and other towels provided for beach use.

The 8 metre solar heated pool has sunshades and dining area for up to 8 people.
Water is ionized to minimise the need for chlorine and the pool can be lit for a night time dip. The pool is registered on the swimming pool register NSW and it has a compliance certificate.
There are two fully enclosed yards with grass for children run around safely.
Interaction with guests
The property we are letting is a self contained lower half of a larger house. You will have your own access via the side gate and will have exclusive use of the garden and pool. There is no need for any interaction, but we are happy to help out with anything should you need to ask us anything.
We understand absolutely the importance of privacy and will respect that at all times.
