Boasting a large covered alfresco area complete with welcoming and spacious day bed/lounge to unwind and catch up on the latest novel – or two. The three bedrooms come complete with Queen and double bed, additional guests are $50 per adult and $25 per child per night 10 years old and under. There are two Rollaway beds available at $50 per bed for entire stay.Your pet is more than welcome and is $50 per pet for the stay. Small dogs only please confirm with owners Additionally there are televisions with Austar and high ceilings that only further accentuate the chic design which flows throughout. Additional two single roll out beds, cot and high chair available on request.
There is also an office area with WIFI for your convenience.
A spacious kitchen opens up to the dining and large alfresco area and comes complete with everything you’ll need – including the kitchen sink - throughout your stay. With gas top BBQ, convection microwave, stainless steel appliances, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery and a selection of pots of pans.
With onsite parking and a private and fully fenced backyard, this property is both secure and pet friendly with plenty of room for the kids to also play. An outdoor shower will also come in handy to wash off the salt and sand after a big morning at the beach.
You can also enjoy all the benefits and conveniences of a spacious bathroom with large bath overlooking the golf course, dual sinks, shower and we’ll also provide you with robes, plus a separate gully style laundry.
This executive accommodation is attached to the main house which is occupied by Cole & Allie the property owners. The guest accommodation is completely private, secluded and has all the touches of a five star hotel and more.

Standard Terms and Conditions Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and functions are prohibited.The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning garbage removal wear and tear,repairs etc.
Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage,breakages,theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during there stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out time is 10.00am by the latest to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours including excessive noise,is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
$500 Bond is payable 7 days prior to guests arrival date.Owners will forward through relevant account details.Bond will refunded within 48 hours in full subject to the above conditions being met.It is designed to cover additional cost incurred including but not limited to,any breakages,damage or exceeds cleaning requirements,extra guests beyond those declared...etc
Loss- the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owners.
