Just minutes and walking distance from your door are some of the best swimming and fishing sites on the South Coast. An Olympic size swimming pool, several patrolled beaches, bush walking tracks, endless fishing opportunities, regardless of whether you have a boat or not. The main street of Shellharbour boasts a selection of fine dining restaurants, cafes, boutiques or good ol’ fish and chips which you can enjoy while overlooking the water. The main street also has a pub and bottle shop and the Shellharbour Club is a two minute walk.
For a fun day out, visit Jamberoo Action Park, a 15 minute drive. The Links Golf Course is a 5 minute drive, however within 15 minutes you will have access to 5 other golf courses in the area. The Warilla Bowls or Oak Flats Bowling Clubs are both a short 5 minute drive. The pristine Minnamurra River or Rainforest are within 10 minutes’ drive, as is the lovely township of Kiama, which boasts many restaurants, coffee shops and boutique shopping.
Stockland Shellharbour is one of the largest shopping centers in the Illawarra area, located only a 5 minute drive from Oasis by the Sea

This executive accommodation is attached to the main house of the property owners. The guest accommodation is completely private, secluded and has all the touches of a five star hotel.
A cleaning fee may apply if the house is left in an unsatisfactory condition. Any damage must to be paid for.

Walk through Minnamurra Falls; this is a favourite of our guests - Visit what the locals call… The Farm in Killalea State Park and park at the beach and go for a walk of hire a Segway. Take a leisurely drive to Kiama, Gerringong/Gerroa, Jamberoo or Berry, all are villages worth visiting - Minnamurra General Store has great food and coffee - Manning Street Deli in Kiama does great all day dining and coffee and is one of our favorites - Follow the tourist drive to Minnamurra Falls or up to Saddleback Mountain - Go on a Top Gun flight from Illawarra Regional Airport - Book in for High Tea at Ravensthorpe Guesthouse & Restaurant - Book into a diving course and explore Bass Point for great on shore diving - Drive to Robertson to the famous "Robertson Pie Shop" and not to forget "Pizza in the Mist" with their garlic prawn pizza, to die for.
The Illawarra Fly is a 500 metre long, 25 metre high elevated tree top walk ascending at a gentle grade and suitable for visitors of all mobility. Nestled amongst the temperate rainforest of the Southern Highlands the treetop walk takes you along the picturesque Illawarra escarpment and offers inspiring views from Shellharbour to Bass Point, Lake Illawarra and the South Pacific Ocean. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HOLIDAY TENANCY AGREEMENT
PLEASE NOTE: Payment of your stay indicates acceptance of the below Terms & Conditions.
Keys are given out once full payment has been made including the security deposit.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of vacating the property after the inspection is carried out and providing that property is left in a clean and tidy condition. Any issues relating to your stay will be discussed directly with you.
Occupancy is given from 2.30 pm on day of arrival. The premises are to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Wherever possible an early 1pm check in will be provided if the house is NOT occupied the night prior to your arrival. Likewise a later checkout will be provided if there are no incoming guests on the day of your departure. This can only be confirmed just prior to your stay.
Maximum Occupancy / Property Use
The property only accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and can possibly take 4 children as well. Your booking MUST reflect the actual number of guests staying. Additional costs will be incurred if your booking is found to reflect less guests stated than actually staying. Failure to advise the number of guests staying or overloading of the property could potentially result in immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeit of your bond.
The property is not pet friendly.
No Smoking Policy
We do NOT allow smoking inside the property. However smoking on the outside the house is permitted. The occupants will incur increased cleaning charges if anyone has been smoking inside the property or if cigarette butts are not disposed of thoughtfully.
Damages, Excess Cleaning, Extra Charges & Maintenance
Any damages, breakages and missing inventory are the responsibility of the tenant. No furniture or effects are to be removed from the premises. We ask that you report any maintenance issues or damage accidental/intentional to us immediately.
Excess cleaning charges will be applied should the property be left in an untidy condition. This includes unclean dishes, unemptied fridge/freezer, re-arranged furniture, unclean BBQ, excess rubbish left etc.
Garbage should be placed in the bins provided.. Any excess garbage to be disposed of in a proper manner by the tenant.
A bond may be debited to cover costs of damages, breakages, excess cleaning, missing / stolen inventory, lost keys etc. Any issues relating to the retention of bond monies would be discussed directly with the guest.
Behavior /No Party Policy
The tenant or any persons using the premises shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance to adjoining or neighboring occupants.
We have a strict "No Party Policy". Any "party" bookings will not be accepted. Bookings will terminate immediately and will result in eviction and loss of full bond.
