The yard has been carefully design to be very private and to not be looking out at any other houses or yards.
This house is so unique for where its placed in Stanwell park. Although it doesn't have a view directly of the beach, You only have to wall 50m to get to the beach. Our view is of the escarpment which is breath taking to see. Also our street is a very quiet street that has no passing traffic as it ends at the beach and not too many people know its even here.
There are a variety of patrolled and child friendly beaches within a short driving distance. Other local attractions are close by such as; Sea Cliff Bridge walk, Coalcliff ocean swimming pool, Helensburgh Swimming Pool, Helensburgh Golf Range, Scarbourgh Hotel, Bald Hill Look out, Bush Walking in the National Park, rowing in the National Park (Audley Boatshed).
