Location - Wombarra sits up on the cliff and has direct access to the rocks below, it is a short drive or ten minute walk to Wombarra Beach, or an 11 minute walk to Coledale beach.Sea Cliff Bridge, Coalcliff and Clifton are all short drives away.

Configuration - Wombarra has four bedrooms. The master bedroom, with an ensuite has huge built in robes and underfloor hearting in the ensuite. There is also a large flatscreen TV. Bedroom Two has a queen bed, with underfloor heating in the ensuite as well. Bedroom Three and Four are twin rooms with two single beds in each. There are two living areas that both open seamlessly onto the covered deck, making it ideal for entertaining. In between these two living areas you will find the dining area and the well equipped kitchen.
Outdoors - The large deck offers uninterrupted views and direct access to the water's edge via the rock platform at the south end of Wombarra Beach. There is a great back lawn, with plenty of room for the kids to play.
Heating and Cooling - There is air conditioning in the two living areas, as well as Bedrooms One and Two. The other bedrooms have fans for those warmer days. To keep warm in the winter, there are oil heaters.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street parking for two cars.
Pets - Wombarra Coasting is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Small dogs only are permitted inside
Please bring your own bedding
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The property is fenced to the road but not fenced to the ocean
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay - there is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wifi access - This property proivides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100 that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable ifproblematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
