Relax in a house with 3 bedrooms that is sunny, airy and spacious, suitable for 5 people. It has 2 living areas and a deck with views to the sea and a sandstone paved rear backyard. There is a queen size bed with sea views, a bedroom with a king single and a bedroom with a double bed. There is a large timber kitchen with electric stove top, oven and dishwasher. A renovated bathroom with bath, shower stall and toilet. Separate laundry is available with washing machine.
We also offer Wi-Fi and bluetooth to stereo. Sheets, towels and quilts are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Plunger and instant coffee a selection of tea's, milk, olive oil will be provided.There is a tv in the loungeroom and the master bedroom.
We have two small ponds on the property which provide water for visiting lizards and birds so small children will need to be supervised carefully.
Short walk to Scarborough Hotel and four doors to Scarborough Bowling Club which has a Thai/Australian restaurant.
Close to National Park and Escarpment walks. A 15 minute walk to Coledale which has restaurants, coffee shops and a general store amongst other shops. A 7 minute drive to Thirroul, with its large shopping centres and unique and interesting shops.
We are situated on the Grand Pacific Drive, a continuation of Lawrence Hargrave Drive from the Seacliff Bridge opposite Reef Rd which leads to the beach and ocean pools. The weekend traffic can get busy but luckily the house is set far back and up high on the block.
There are many beaches to choose from - you can find an uncrowded beach or a bustling beach like Austinmer. Our area is a beautiful part of the South Coast close to many sandy beaches, not far from the National Park. We are only a 30 minute drive to Wollongong and 75 minute drive to Sydney.
We would appreciate you leaving the house in good order,no parties or extra guests or pets. Please be mindful of respecting our lovely neighbours and the local environment by keeping noise to a minimum.
