This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment Located down the quiet end of the main street of Albury (Dean Street), opposite the Botanic Gardens, only a short walk to restaurants, clubs, swimming pool, shopping centres etc. WEEKLY AND MONTHLY DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER STAYS.

The Unit contains one Queen Size bed in the bedroom. This unit has a futon in the lounge which can be used as a bed (suitable for a child) Please enquire about linen at an EXTRA COST if required. Password protected Wi-Fi is available, please enquire,

The unit has a Full Galley kitchen with Full size stove and refrigerator. The Full Size bathroom has both a bath and shower.

The unit has refrigerated air-conditioning and two remote controlled ceiling fans, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. Gas heating is in the lounge room.

It has a 40" HD TV and Blu-ray DVD Player.

This apartment is located upstairs. Parking is on-street however off street parking can be arranged at the rear of the building, please inquire,

Laundry facilities are shared with a modern washing machine and 2 clothes lines at the rear of the premises. It also has a north facing court yard available to guests.

Firstly, in an emergency ring 000 immediately, this is the emergency number for POLICE, AMBULANCE AND FIRE. Your location is (your unit number) at 694 Dean Street, Albury, closest cross street is Wilcox Street.

First Aid Kit is Located on top of the refrigerator for easy visibility & Access, please leave a note if I need to replenish any Items used.

Any other non-emergency you may need help with, please don’t hesitate to call Michael .


Key lock box is located next to unit 6 front door the code for unit 6

When leaving, can you please return the keys to the key-lock box.

Energy - please try to turn lights, heating/cooling off when you are not at the premises.

For cooling there is a refrigerated air conditioner and two fans with remotes, one in the lounge room and one in the bedroom. The remotes also operate the lights in both the lounge room and bedroom. The bedroom Light/Fan switch is in the kitchen near the bedroom door.

Heating is provided by a very easy to operate gas heater, make sure it is turned on at the power point. Instruction Booklet is in the bottom draw in Kitchen.

Bathroom – Please use the anti-slip mats provided in the bathrooms.

Laundry – The laundry is located at the rear of the block of units. Washing machine is cold wash only. (INSTRUCTION MANUAL IS ATTATCHED TO LAUNDRY WALL).

The 2 Clothes lines are outside the laundry door.

Parking is on the street only; there is no time limit to park on the street. There is a heavier demand for parking between 10.00am & 4.00pm, but before & after that it is generally easy to get a park right outside the unit block. If this does not suit, please call to arrange parking, at the car park at the rear of the building.

Rubbish – The rubbish bins are located at the rear of the premises, through the laundry. Monday night is rubbish bin night for removal early Tuesday morning. The rubbish bins are put out and bought in by the cleaner.

RED LID ---------is for general Waste

YELLOW LID --- is for recycle only

GREEN LID ----- is for organic material only, please only use the correct biodegradable kitchen caddy liners. Definitely, no shopping bags or other non-biodegradable bags to be used. More Info in bottom draw in Kitchen.

Windows- Please ensure the windows are unclipped, (unlocked) before attempting to use the winding mechanism or the lever mechanism to open or fully close (lock) the windows.

Not unlocking the windows and using the winders does seem to destroy the winder mechanism, which is a very expensive and time consuming to repair.

Extra info about appliances is generally in the bottom draw in the kitchen. Some spares can also be found here globes etc.
