If needed, a single trundle bed suitable for young adult/child is available for a 7th guest. Extra charge for 7th guest - $25 per night.
Air conditioned and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Electric blankets on all beds for those cooler nights.

Interaction with Guests
Owners available if needed, living on site within the one acre grounds of the property in the main home and looking after the garden. We do, however respect your privacy so will leave you in peace unless you have a request.
We live in the middle of Albury in a beautiful tree lined street.
Ideal walking location for all Central Albury venues. Supermarkets, 2 shopping centres and the cinema are all within easy walking distance along with restaurants and takeaway food outlets.
Ideally situated for all local sporting venues.
Walks and bike paths are very close to the home plus The Murray River with various water activities. Short drive to snow fields.
The property is within Central Albury with cafes, pubs, clubs and eateries close by.
Approximately 30 minutes to popular wineries. Close to Albury Airport and Train Station.
The Hume Weir is a 15 minute drive and offers water sports/boating/swimming/picnic areas and is set with a backdrop of hills.
Other Things to Note
We have 2 small friendly dogs who have free rein in the garden. However they are not allowed in the cottage or on the tennis court.
If you bring your pet, it is allowed in the cottage if it is house trained. However the beds and sofa's are strictly for humans. Please ensure your pets vaccinations are up to date.
We ask that small children are kept under supervision at all times. Please do not let play them with the snooker table or equipment. They are not permitted to use the pool without adult supervision.
Baby equipment such as cots and high chairs are not provided.
