Bottom level consists of spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area, large living area with views of the Main Street and botanic gardens from the lounge room. It has a HD TV and DVD Player.
Top level consists of a large main bedroom with one Queen Size bed, the second bedroom has one single built in bed, the second bedroom is small
This is a great unit for Mum, Dad & the Kid or 2 contractors
The large retro style bathroom has both a bath and an enclosed shower recess.
The unit has EVAPORATIVE air-conditioning with a vent in each of the bedrooms up stairs, with one vent over the stairs, this allows for the migration of cooled air downstairs. It is very important that a window or door is left ajar/open to allow for air circulation. All upstairs doors should be open for the best cooling effect.
The lounge also has a remote controlled ceiling fan.
The Gas heating in the downstairs lounge migrates up to the upstairs bedrooms.
One, off street parking space is available, or parking on the street right in front of the building. The on street parking is not timed,
Laundry facilities are shared with a modern washing machine and 2 clothes lines at the rear of the premises. It also has a north facing court yard available to guests.

UNIT 8B/694 Dean Street
Firstly, in an emergency Call 000 immediately; this is the emergency number for POLICE, AMBULANCE AND FIRE. Your location is your unit number at 694 Dean Street, Albury, closest cross street is Wilcox Street.
First Aid Kit is Located on top of the Refrigerator for easy visibility & Access, Please leave a note if I need to Replenish any Items used.

Key lock box is located at the side entrance door, which is on the Western side of the building left hand side if you are looking at the front from Dean Street Code
Two hands generally needed to operate key lock box.
When leaving, can you please leave keys on the kitchen table.
Energy - please turn lights, heating/cooling off when you are not at the premises.
FAIR USE APPLIES TO ALL UTILITIES, Wi-Fi, ELECTICITY, GAS & WATER
Gas Heater Leave the pilot on & just rotate the control anti clockwise so the heater starts, the fan will automatically start when the gas knob is rotated anti clockwise. When you no longer need the heater, rotate the gas control fully clockwise, the fan will automatically shut down. The fan control is at the bottom of the heater, on the right hand side, it has 3 positions middle no fan, & either side fast/ slow.
Ceiling Fan The fan is operated by the remote, the remote also controls the light, Make sure the fan/light is turned on at the power switch next to the stair well light switch in the lounge room.
Laundry – The laundry is located at the rear of the block of units. Washing machine is cold wash only. INSTRUCTION MANUAL ATTATCHED TO LAUNDRY WALL In the Laundry. The 2 Clothes lines are outside the laundry door. The only Clothes dryer is 2 X outside clothes lines, and a Clothes Rack in the unit to hang clothes indoors.
Parking -- Unit 8 has a car park right near the front door, off Dean Street. It is narrow, & I prefer to reverse park, As it is safer to enter Dean Street forwards.
Extra parking is on the street; there is no time limit to park on the street. There is a heavier demand for parking between 10.00am & 4.00pm, but before & after that it is generally easy to get a park right outside the unit block.
Bathroom – Please use the anti-slip mats provided in the bathrooms. Can you also be a bit gentle with the sliding shower screen.
Rubbish – The rubbish bins are located at the rear of the premises, through the laundry door. Monday night is rubbish bin night for removal early Tuesday morning. The rubbish bins are put out and bought in by the cleaner.
RED LID ---------is for general Waste
YELLOW LID --- is for recycle only
GREEN LID ----- is for organic material only, please only use the correct biodegradable kitchen caddy liners. Definitely, no shopping bags or other non-biodegradable bags to be used. These liners & more info can be found one in the kitchen draws.
Windows- Please ensure the windows are unclipped, unlocked before attempting to use the winding mechanism to open or fully close lock the windows.
Not unlocking the windows and using the winders does seem to destroy the winder mechanism, which is a very expensive and time consuming to repair.
Extra info about appliances is generally in the bottom draw in the kitchen. Some spares can also be found here, globes etc.
