Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well thought out beach retreat Had a very relaxing long weekend at Beachcomber either sleeping to the sound of the ocean or the national park behind. The house is well presented for a beach weekend with little clutter, coffee machine and great back deck with webber BBQ. Could only get mobile reception in the back corner of the deck but being off the grid was a bonus addition to getting away

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Bluey's experience We had the most wonderful stay at Beachcomber - it exceeded all our expectations. It is the perfect beach house - not too fussy, close to the beach, spotlessly clean, very practical and elegantly put together. Everything had been beautifully thought through from the rubber flooring in the downstairs area to deal with stray sand and messy toddlers through to the fabulous back balcony with its BBQ and seating looking out over the most beautiful field complete with kangaroos. It really was hard to tear ourselves away from the view! The coffee machine and complementary beans was the icing on the cake - we felt so well taken care of! Bluey's is the most beautiful beach in itself, but staying at Beachcomber enhanced an already incredible experience! We can't wait to visit again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trees and seas A great house for a holiday by the beach. The paddock over the quaint rustic-style back fence is a wonderful outlook from the back deck and all three bedrooms. Every day we saw passing kangaroos, lots of birds, including a bush turkey that strutted around, and on one occasion a goanna came into the yard and climbed a tree! The kitchen was well equipped and the whole house is stylish, and yet practically furnished and finished for a beachy location. The provision of a coffee machine and beans was a nice touch. It is a very short stroll to Blueys Beach with a glorious steep green hill rising over one end of the beach. And it is only a few minutes drive to both Boomerang and Elizabeth Beaches. I can highly recommend Beachcomber@Blueys.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property We rented Beachcomber before Christmas. It's a great property-stylish, modern, clean, great facilities, great living flow. We really enjoyed family films in the media downstairs room, loved the hot outdoor shower and the beautiful vista behind the cottage. Practically- having a laundry downstairs for wet beach clothes got my vote! It's a very quick stroll to the beach. Easy access to a string of coast line. A very relaxing holiday.
