The cottage is located on the corner of Rodley Street and Beach Street. Rainbow beach, Bonny Hill's main patrolled beach, is straight across the road. Unleashed dog friendly beach is diagonally across the road across Vinegar Creek. Put on your cosies, walk 10 steps and off you go How good is this? Watch the kids play in the playground diagonally across the road while you chill on the deck.
MODERNISED BEACH COTTAGE
The cottage has recently received some needed TLC to restore it to its former glory and add some of today's standards such as dishwasher, airco, WIFI yet preserving its original character. It has an open plan living and pleasant beach vibe.
This is one of three traditional cottages and the last one standing in Bonny Hills. The cottage has been used by many families from inland NSW and the city from the 1950's onwards to holiday on the coast. Back then Bonny Hills was only reachable by dirt road.
ROOMS, BATH AND BEDS SLEEPS 2 to 6 GUESTS
Great stay for couples, two couples or a family.
Two bedrooms queen beds, one main bathroom inside, extra toilet outside and second traditional shower in separate laundry building. BEDS: master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with queen bed and single bed.
Green lawns surround the cottage with native plants decorating the borders. The beach is your front lawn.
Ample parking space on drive way, front and side of the property. Plenty of space for a boat and caravan also on the side of the house. Lock up garage not available to guests but can be opened up on request to store boards.
Furry friends are welcome. Ideally outside dogs or well trained smaller inside dogs. Pets to be kept off furniture and beds, at night pets can sleep inside at back hallway or in the laundry. Please just chat to us about your needs and kindly inform us about the type of pet. Thank you The side yard and back patio are fully enclosed.
